Never heard of him
Never would have guessed that "racing MX" is that thing.
Hey, if you can earn a paycheck riding a dirt bike, more power to you, I say.
For love, not money

Good, no pressure
Me either, yet here we are
If I was Cole Seely - I would go and play with those guys - and make myself a legend in a different market. Live in a different country for a while - like a digital nomad - but an SX version
Who is it I do t want to watch the Video.
His name is somehow familiar.
I don't know what from - it could be entirely unrelated to Bikes, but, it's familiar.
I've subscribed to his 'Choob', as the youngsters call it. Should be interesting.
I see he's got his (?) Doggo with him - good stuff!
And, the ever present ?????? / snickering with the mention of Thailand - well, I can relate to that.
As an old bloke that goes to Thailand (and other countries) a few times a year - for Work - well, many Idiots automatically think it's about whoring. Fugg No!
Thailand / Asia is so much more than pathetic individuals going off to get what they can't get, at home. Most of the time nowadays I have the love of my life with me. She's really hooked into my work travel, for getting to see and do things a bit out of the ordinary . She's got more money than Zod, has travelled all her life, but really, most of it was 'conventional' travel. With me, she often gets away from the 'norm'. When We go together, we often get ensconced in company provided Seaside / Country Villas, or, High Zoot City Apartments . When I'm by myself, I'll happily get accommodation right near the factories, just to have but a short walk to work. But, I have really started to like the luxury of the Villas we get when together.
Thailand / Asia, well, the World, is a fantastic , fascinating place. I pity, well, despise the people that just go for getting a bit of paid 'stray'.
It's the dude who started this thread.
Not a bad watch, cool idea and have fun with it man 👍 Friend of mine did similar but with Thai boxing schools, definitely an experience and apparently semi-common nowadays.
Change of scenery, racing motocross on the other side of the world (kinda) and all the weird super-ghetto modified cars you could ever wish to see 😂
Appreciate it! The experience is what it’s about. I live in the heart of the Muay Thai/MMA training scene (the guy making the videos is a pro mma fighter with zero mx experience…I’ll share the positive feedback). It’s what originally brought me over and how I found my way. I see many similarities in that world and the moto world, for better or worse. Taking the better parts and applying it to racing is a big part of what the video series will be about, along with seeing and connecting with deeper parts/people of this beautiful country.
One thing is for certain…moto community is moto community no matter where you are.
Thanks for subscribing! And offering up a refreshing perspective.
Buying pussy is no where near as fulfilling as buying a bike.
Yeah but while there for "work" you're banging hookers right? Come on bro. No single bloke goes to Thailand for the elephant rides.
If you've been there you know.
Nope, no Hookers.
Elephant rides - nope. Last Elephant ride I had was when I was but a Cub, back in the 60s when they still had such a thing at Taronga Zoo in Sydney.
I've been to Thailand / Asia, many times, and I know there's so much more there, or anywhere, than "banging hookers". I leave that to others. Mind you, the very cynical among us, say you always pay for 'it', in someway or the other. I myself, Do Not think that way.
Very well put together video introducing your return to racing, definitely with some new challenges, but how did you end up in Thailand?
Coming from a fellow vet racer with a wife from the same area and getting close to an early retirement.
Thank you sir!
Arm pump being the top of the list. Got to put in a few practice sessions and found a small bit of comfort each time out.
Race is tomorrow, one 20 + 2 lol I’m here for it. What will be will be. The only way is through.
Edit. My bad, on my phone and missed the question. I had come here for 2 weeks while I was in a tough place for awhile. I came back out to do some Muay Thai and test if this place was for me long term, as well as look for opportunity. It was and I found it. Cue a healing process. This country understands patience, letting go, and balance (which happens to also be helpful for moto). Now we are moving into the performance side of the spectrum.
If I inspire you to spend your leisure time connecting with your self and the homeland of your wife, as well as ride dirt bikes, this series has already served its purpose.
It’ll be live-streamed on FMSCT Facebook and YouTube. We go off at 3pm (3am est). It’s moto and it’s Thailand so it’ll be later.
Hey man, good luck! Enjoy!
Pit Row
Hey man, thank you! I will! Enjoy yourself as well!
Please don’t ride elephants folks.
I have been single and lived 25 minutes from Patong for years. There are way more interesting things here that I prefer to give my attention to. And I don’t even consider where I live as actual Thailand. This place is way beyond whatever image you currently have in your head.
I only say that because after one look at the schedule, I know racing this series is gonna blow the image I currently have to bits.
" And I don’t even consider where I live as actual Thailand"
Yes, it's Very different to where I go for work - Chon Buri, mostly
I haven't been to the West side / The west peninsula of Thailand since I was quite young, in my Travelling For The "adventure' Of It phase. Closest I've been , and it's still a way south, is when I go to the Malaysian MotoGP , and I'm doing the short flight from Singapore. That side of Thailand I tend to forget it's Thailand, and Not Malaysia.
I'll have to look up the series, to plot it out and see if any races are near where I may be later in the year. Generally I'm there between Aug / Sept / October. I've only got to GPs in Thailand; MotoGPs and the now defunct MXGPs, so getting to a far smaller race event, would be wonderful.
Soul Indigo how did the race go today?
Awesome that you’ve been able to attend those events. I would like to check out a MotoGP race. Had flights to Hanoi for my first F1 but that got shutdown in 2020.
We will be in Chonburi for a doubleheader both in mid May and mid July. The final race is in August, on the western strip.
The race was a well put on event! I enjoyed being a part of it. Many people were very friendly and curious. The weekend served as a opportunity to test the bike and generate some arm pump. Pulled over mid moto for a break haha
I have two weeks to find a bit more if I want to actually be in the race. These dudes rip! I believe there were Indonesia, Malaysian, and Indian riders there as well.
Pretty cool experience and very happy to be taking on this adventure. I have missed being at the races and all that comes with it.
Enjoy
Race 3 coming up this weekend! Still in the arm pump phase...
The rider @10:43 is the champion of the Indian Supercross Racing League - Asia/India division. Three Thai riders swept the podium at each race.

It’s honestly super cool to see that moto is a (growing) thing in this part of the world.
Such a great concept. Spent a summer in Thailand 20+ years ago. One of my favorite countries. People, food, culture, scenery... it's a tough one to top. So cool that you're racing there.
It's always interesting visiting places where motorcycles are the dominant form of transportation. You'd think MX would be everywhere but that is definitely not the case at all. So different than the US where they're primarily a novelty, so racing is just another part of that novelty.
That humidity with gear though! Must be intense. Keep it up! Curious to see the travel and training challenges, and the different venues.
Thank you! About to load up and head out for the 3rd race in a month.
Intense, challenging, and humid are all spot on. We get to come up for air after this weekend with an extra week off. Round 4 is a 24 hour drive to Chiang Rai in the north, so it's not much air.
Speaking of that, it's burning season so who knows what the smoke will be like up there.
Travel challenges already had Ric, my media guy, miss round 2 and he won't be with this weekend either. We will continue to do our best to show what we can and improve as we go along. Same same on track!
I appreciate your support 🙏
When I was working there 10-12 years ago there was a MX track in a field nearby the job site. This was over in Huai Bong near Nakhon Rachisma(spelling may be a bit off). Far too hot over there🥵.
