Guy's not trolling, the fork guards and fender in the pic with Toni stood in front are blatantly current gen Honda... Tip of the rad shroud looks Honda-ish too and likely is?

Definitely not the launch event Ducati plastics. Maybe they've got their engine in a Honda and are just clocking up hours on it? Or maybe just Honda plastics on a Ducati? Can't see enough to call it.

Is that front brake a Nissin? I'm not familiar enough with them.

Hey smart guy, it’s clear he’s still testing a Honda. Throughout this whole process the Ducati guys have been spending tons of time on Hondas and the Ducati we’ve seen has lots of crossover

On Pulp they also said the Ducati we’ve all seen is still a prototype and production model won’t look like that

On the rare (and quickly deleted) stolen testing photo before the Ducati reveal, the bike was using an RTech CRF "revolution" plastic kit like this one.

Guess that's what.

Yes he's riding a Honda, although it has a desmodromic engine (Something the rest of 450 don't have), a different frame and many other componentes, but still is a Honda beacuse they are using Black Honda plastics for testing because they are not going to spend money and resources in plástic design

Ducati’s are still a prototype and they have to ride something to stay in shape. Im assuming geometry is similar on the Honda so they chose to ride the Honda until the Ducati is ready.

Wouldn't you assume they would use other manufacturers products as a benchmark to test their product against? I would assume he rides all the brands pretty regularly.

I believe it was mentioned at the bike launch  that the test riders have been riding Hondas to keep fit and stay sharp when they are waiting inbetween prototype models of the Ducati bike that’s still a work in progress.

They probably modeled the bike after a Honda. Simple as that. Every other brand seems to copy KTM Group, so at least its not a 5th KTM..
