Ive experienced it with concerts plenty, but im suprised at the crazy "fee" added on to sx tix for Glendale.its $200 for 5 tix. youch.

Ticketmaster and Vivid Seats usually have $22 fee’s per ticket.  The rest is taxes.

I remember when you could just go to the local dealerships and buy SX tickets.  I don’t like these digital apps , I prefer a ticket stub

The digital app is all about data-mining while being touted as "convenience".

...and yeah, I used to go to Motoworld in El Cajon to get my seats.     Sucks they don't do that anymore.

Two tickets was over 30$ in fees and it now costs $50 to park at Angel stadium. Ridiculous.

Yep, I have a Rush ticket from the Dallas Convention Center (1978) for $7.50.

Last few times I did Anaheim,  I found parking on surface streets and hoofed it in.      Bonus....not having to wait forever to get out of the stadium parking lot after the event.

San Diego was easier.   Park at one of the free SD Trolley stations and ride the trolley to the stadium.

I paid a whopping $8 to see the Stones in Lexington KY in 1978.  Only tickets left were "obstructed view".  They turned out to be the first balcony bow _backstage_.  What an _awesome_ view!!!!  Got to watch everything that happened behind the amps.

It's lame for everyone who doesn't live close to the box office.  Such a scam.  But you have no choice.  So they win.  What I don't understand is why I can't just buy tickets online from the stadium itself?  Just like at the box office for events.  Why are we forced to 3rd party ticket master type businesses to buy online?

Of course you have a choice.

You can tell them to fuck off and not go.

They are robbing cunts and deserve to be out of business.

I would fucking love it if every artist decided to stay home for 6 months.

Just got 2 tickets to Arlington, I know you see better at home on the TV but it's worth it once or twice a year for me to feel the vibes in person.  The voice of SX is worth it to me!Screenshot 20240127 202728 Chrome 0.jpg?VersionId=ZPfQ8eVa8HUKozBfvGU r1Mnkp4YymR

Because the venue gets a generous cut of the fees with none of the headaches.

Dragging this up again & looking for input from DFW area Vital dudes!?!.

Stopped by AT&T stadium today to talk to ticket office about buying walk up tix. Never made past the gaggle of security just inside the front door & was told the only way to get tickets was online. Never been to Arlington SX, but others that have been seemed surprised that's the only option now.

Anybody have any input other than bite the bullet & pay the xtra fees!?!
