Awesome!
Needs a smaller tube at the exhaust port. See what the guys are running in carts (I bet its 3/4" or so) and weld a short section the same diameter inside your existing pipe.

I'll get a Youtube video up shortly so you can hear it.

I had to re-jet the carb.
Sounds like a 2010 works bike!Wink

It seems to run really good as is. The engine overall made more power and there is NO bog at all, (even though it's a Honda) Woohoo

I guess it would be cool if I could taper the header at the port, but I dont have the tools to do that.

Some of the Kart guys run a straight pipe, but it is much shorter

I think the extra lenght of the pipe may have just worked out great, creating just enough back pressure.

Keep in mind, this engine IS a 390cc engine.

BTW, If anyone has a jacked up FMF Mega bomb Stainless Steel header, let me know. I would like to install a "mega bomb" on the header section.

This was my original "pimped out pressure washer" that I made a couple years ago with a CRF450 muffler.

This thing turned a few heads at the track, thats for sure Laughing

I see the CBR1000RR in the one pic there. Are you turning into a Honda guy? Are you turning to the dark side? Next thing we know you will be rooting for Mudflaps instead of James!

Very cool project R-acer. I like it. Nice work.

Speaking of Mudflaps, We are leaving in a few hours to head down to Georgia.
(myself and my son).
I am taking him to MTF (Mudflaps Training facility) for some pre season training.

I will take this pressure washer with me, so if anyone from here will be there or close, you can come check it out.

(Kinetic, dont get it twisted, my ZX10R is parked right in front of the CBR, under that Kawasaki cardboard box, that is my favorite bike in the world..ever!!) The CBR is for track days....if I drop it, I wont cry as bad.Tongue

I think GPF is right in that same vicinity, maybe someone else can confirm that?

Hope your son has a great time down there, a few of our racing friends have gone and loved it. Made a big difference in their results as well.

Have fun man and post up that video when you fire that bitch up....lol.
