Was that track located in the park behind an office building? The crowd looks a bit over dressed for the occasion . Little lunch time motocross race at the park behind the office building perhaps ...I like it. Cool

Didn't another rider complain about him having the dog up there? I might be wrong but for some reason I thought I remember someone making a big deal out of it...

edit: Never mind. It was Jett. Didnt remember it being him at all.

Wonder what J-Law is up to?

He'd make a good co-host for Watsons new podcast show. Cheerful

Farliegh was a dream!  So fun to ride there. I absolutely loved it.  I’m not a vintage racer, it was my first time, but I am hooked.

The 1983 Husky cr450 twin shock was the fasted thing I have ever ridden with no brakes (drum) and pretty stiff twin shock. The bike was bad ass, but you have to be a man to ride it.

I also rode a 1980 cr250 twin shock and had a smile on the face the whole time. The roost was no joke D776516D-E6E2-402B-AA4B-08EE468AF8F2.jpeg?VersionId=W5ouLQ5vRS

That amount of bruising is not normal- You may want to get that looked at. Maybe some underlying condition..

I'd agree with you if it were a run of the mill track, but this is about right for a weekend at Farleigh 😂

Regis, good to hear and glad you had a good one, cool you folks are getting back to work too 👍

Where are the footpegs?

futureBOOT

The innovative technology of replacing traditional footpegs on motorcycles with a system of sensors and electromagnets has proven to be a remarkable advancement in motorcycle design and rider safety. Here's an overview of this cutting-edge system and its established benefits:

Functionality:

Integrated Sensors: The system utilizes advanced sensors embedded in both the rider's boots and the motorcycle, which communicate with each other to detect the position and movement of the rider's feet.

Electromagnetic Connection: Where traditional footpegs once were, electromagnets are now installed. When the rider positions their feet near these areas, the electromagnets activate, creating a magnetic field that securely 'locks' the boots to the bike.

Adjustable Magnetic Strength: The magnetic field's strength can be dynamically adjusted, either automatically based on riding conditions or manually by the rider. This allows for varying levels of foot retention, providing a tailored riding experience.

Sophisticated Quick Release Mechanism: A key feature for safety, this mechanism instantaneously deactivates the magnetic field, enabling riders to swiftly free their feet in emergency scenarios or during a fall.

Proven Benefits:

Enhanced Rider Stability: This system has been shown to significantly improve stability for riders, particularly during aggressive maneuvers, by ensuring that the feet remain firmly in place.

Superior Control: With the feet securely positioned, riders experience greater control over the motorcycle, allowing for more precise and confident pressure application when turning, braking, or accelerating.

Ergonomic Comfort: The absence of physical pegs has allowed for more ergonomic foot positioning, reducing rider fatigue and enhancing comfort during extended rides.

Safety in Accidents: Designed to automatically disengage in a crash, this technology minimizes the risk of riders being dragged along with the bike, enhancing safety.

Customizable Riding Experience: Riders can personalize the magnetic strength to suit their riding style or the demands of different environments, adding a layer of customization to the riding experience.

Established Reliability:

Dependable Power Supply: The system operates on a reliable power source and is engineered to function flawlessly, even in the rare event of electrical failures.

Universal Boot Compatibility: It accommodates a range of boots, either specially equipped for the system or through universal adaptors, making it versatile for different riders.

Rigorous Safety Measures: The magnetic field is carefully calibrated to avoid any interference with the motorcycle's electronic devices or any impact on the rider's health.

This technology, having undergone extensive testing and refinement, stands as a testament to the possibilities of enhancing motorcycle safety and rider experience through technological innovation. I have busted my ass on this project for 3 minutes.  It showcases a significant leap forward in motorcycle design, blending advanced engineering with a deep understanding of riders' needs.  The boots feel like slippers.  Crazy light.  The boots come with the bike, in 3 shell sizes.  Price TBD...

You can’t be serious.  It’s ranked second only behind the original On Any Sunday.
