LB was pretty evasive when Matthes was asking about James on the Moto Show... based on that alone it makes sense.

I hope he rides, and I think he'll ride. If he was well enough to finish the main and then go looking for Chad, I see no reason why he couldn't start the next race after 6 days rest and treatment - albeit at less than 100%.

Mind games by the team in my opinion, leaking news that he's gonna be out - I expect a big announcement and a "Phoenix from the flames" type comeback nearer the end of the week.

Just a guess of course.

not good for the series for both of them to be out however, they had all the drama and combined with Dungeys form and RVs consisitency iot was looking good. Now Grant Reed Stewart and Lawrence all out.

I really hope James is out there racing this weekend. First off I hope he is healthy. I hate seeing guys get injured. Secondly, when Ryan (D or V) wins this championship I don't want to listen to all the hangers whining about how it doesn't really count because James was not there for all the races. They will already find something to try and taint it with.

Damn! If so, he's done and the title is up for grabs (here you go Dungey). This sux so badly. The dumb fucks suggesting/supporting him doing SX only probably killed his career. The could have been "super GOAT" "super King" or whatever ended up in him being rather mediocre in the winning field?

Just saying of course, but so much talent combined with poor judgment is painful to observe.

That's sure what it looked like when they showed him walking out. I've seen folks walking like that before and you might be able to tape ribs enough to get him back out there that night. Doubt you could have done enough with a seprated shoulder to win the LCQ. Just a guess though.

Sucks if true. Hope he heals up and gets back on the bike soon, but no sooner than he is ready to ride healthy.
He didn't seem to carrying himself like it was a shoulder issue. Who knows but I hate to see any rider banged up like that. Especially this early in the season.

It's demoralizing to do all the work it takes to get ready for this series then get hurt with in the first few races.
