Best, worst and coolest mod you did

Tell us ore about how cool that 360 kit was!!!! A gentle beast?

Worst mod I ever did was probably buying this bike and going all in. 

Athena 490 big bore jug on a perfectly jetted 06 CRF with a flywheel wt. I holeshot 90% of my races as long as no one crossed my line I didn’t even have to get a good jump. Hit 3rd the second the rear tire went over the gate and let the big dog eat. Nothing like yanking holies at Mammoth and Glen Helen on the reg with 40 rider gates on a 9 year old bike. Sadly I haven't pulled a holeshot since I upgraded to a 2017 KTM…..I think it was the bike 

Even tho. you expected holies? so belief is not always the key. lol

Best mod I ever did was on my new 96 YZ125. Took the motor out before ever starting it and sent it to RPM for Ric Petersen to do the 167cc kit. Most fun bike ever with the extra hp.

Are red tires a "mod"?  Also, don't overlook that polished frame.  What a time to be alive!

Best: KYB A-kit forks revalved by Enzo for my 19 KX450. They are hands-down the best money I ever spent on a bike. Yes it was super expensive but I figured I wanted to do it at least once in my life. Enzo absolutely nailed the revalve too. The forks were super smooth with the setting from Technical Touch, even though I only used 3/4 of the travel they didn't feel harsh. The bike just wouldn't turn as good as it should have! :-) But with a proper setting, oh my! Absolute pillows and make California chop feel like a flat freeway.

Worst: All the "big boy" kit I put on a CRF50 back when pit bikes were a thing - tall seat, shock, tall bar kit. What a waste. I thought I would ride it around in the pits and never did. All I did do was give myself a horrible road rash on my shin from dinking around while wearing shorts on that ridiculous thing. Never again will I wear shorts while riding a pit bike. I'll never again spend money on aftermarket junk for a pit bike. And for that matter, I'll never again have a pit bike. 450's or bust!

Most improvement and as a group, the best, my 89 had a carb bore or mod, stock pipe and by their recommendation, a PC silencer. Totally transformed the way that bike ran. Most people that rode my bike thought it was a fully modded motor. The guys at Suzuki Country Racing really knew their shit. Race Tech suspension turned that into one of the best bikes I ever had.

Single mod was a ECU reflash by Twisted for my 17 FC450. it made an amazing difference.

I'll say that the kit on my buddies '89...fail. Weak and flat power.
