For those that care.

Mike, is doing very, well, in the "Delancey Street foundation". He says all is good, things are cool, he likes the people, and his surroundings.

He is hard into his two year rehabilitation.

That is good news.
I hope Mike takes the bad things in his life and turns them into good.

Good to hear. I hope he turns his life around and tries to do good things for other people to make up for his mistakes.

No one hates what happened more than himself. And although some may choose to reticule, and belittle him, he knows all to well he deserves it.

But he will return to the good side, and I hope all can allow the chance to redeem himself.

There is a new man to come out of this. He looks like the Mike Healey, that dominated 20 years ago.

She sued Mike, then the State of California, and now she's got her own talk show on the WET channel.

Thanks for the update, worked with Mike @ Cagiva years ago, great kid with unbelievable talent. Had a great time at some of the Glen Helen golf tournaments with him and look forward to more in the near future.

Is there a way to contact Mike and maybe send him a letter to let him know there are some that want to give him support. I have known Mike for the last 20 years via racing and I would like to at say hi

Well, we received over 1000 letters of support prior, the Judge saw that Mike, was a great man at one time, that became a monster. However, he can receive no outside contact, for about another four months.

I will let everyone know when he can receive letters.

Then, good, or bad, anyone can mail him.

Got to "hang" with Mike Healy a little bit way back after the GP that was at Glen Helen in the early nintees.

My friends and I were a little star struck but he treated us like we were old friends.

Cool guy I hope he wakes up.

I unfortunately understand the nature of beast too and the hell you go thru..

I cheered for Mike as a racer.

Now I cheer for his recovery and successful return to society knowing how much a bitch the beast is to overcome.
