Do you mind going through what you did to get the stock pipe and swingarm to look like that? Thank you.

The swingarm was hard anodized so I went through the process of soaking it in lye and hot water then sanded out the majority of imperfections. The pipe was sand blasted and then I had piperepair.com blue the welds and work their magic.

Wow man, that's a beautiful bike. Nicely done! I don't know if I'd be able to ride it.

I finally fitted up my raw factory FMF pipe. It took some work with it being for a 93-95 125 and getting a silencer to work but it turned out great.

Amazing work on that swingarm! Would you mind sharing the process? I have some gouges in the swingarm and am struggling with keeping the extrusion lines (in my mind) if I were to sand it.

Anxiously awaiting your tips!

Thanks!

Thanks man. If your swingarm is hard anodized you will want to soak it in warm water with Lye for a short period of time. Then you will want to sand the swingarm in the direction of the length of the swingarm. I generally wet sand and depending on the depth of the scratches or gouges I will use fairly course sandpaper until you've removed the scratches. Once that is done I use a scotch pad to get the look I'm going after. I hope this helps!
