Listen, I’m not a Deegan fanboy, I was pointing out that Vialle only passed 3 guys, it wasn’t any kind of stellar ride to come through the pack.

It seems you are one of the haters of the kid ? Vialle did a great job of staying up after getting slammed by Haiden, but most of the passing was done by the kid on the #238 bike. Not sure how hard that is to understand ? His lap times were better than most of the field, while coming through the pack, he’s got talent, whether you like him or not. He’s got a lot to learn, but you can’t deny that he’s already learned a lot. He was on a supermini just over a year ago.

He's still a kid. And if you were just leading a race for 15 mins and gapping the field working your ass off only to get completely screwed over by the AMA for letting a race do a complete restart.. You'd also have a LOT of urgency to not get screwed over on that restart, and try to get that holeshot. He's still a kid and he was trying very hard to get a good restart after that terrible call from the AMA, and ended up costing himself a decent restart position.

this is what happens Larry, when you get four gate drops a year as a junior (on a cheater bike) and forget you have to actually race with other people.

I really don't see how you can say "only to get completely screwed over by the AMA". The rule was in the book when he turned pro, so he agreed to the terms of the race. Do I think it needs changed, yes. At what point does he get held to his actions?
