Hello! I am looking on some info or parts and equipment of stuff you guys would like to see your local dealers have at races. I have thought about some basics like tires, oil, tubes, some other small goodies but just trying to gain some additional ideas of items you guys would maybe last minute need on race or ride days at the track! Mainly going to be at hare scrambles as that is what is dominant around my area.

I'm an Amsoil dealer that I take and setup but I started carrying some other stuff that I was getting asked for. EKS Goggles, grips, tubes. That's all stuff that isn't model specific so much. Plugs and stuff you have to carry so many different ones.
Cables, Brakes, Brake lines.
Grips, bars, levers, tires, tubes, race gas, tear offs, goggles, oils/chemicals, stick on numbers.
Ask yourself what you ever bought at the tracks... start there.
A guy i know said he makes as much sell moto toys some races as parts...
If you can source the small sized cans of chain lube, cable lube etc, might be a good seller because someone might not need a full sized can. WD40, carb, brake or electronics cleaner.
Think about gloves, some people manage to loose one glove or muddy up a pair. Cheap generic label gloves for someone to get by with on race day.
Did anyone mention grips and glue? Honda grip glue is really good stuff, maybe a couple sets of ODI lock ons.
A tire changing machine do them at the track 35 a tire do 5-6 of them over the weekend times 4 weeks easy side hustle

I think it's only worth it with the service component. Have a mechanic with you primarily mounting tires and have a track day combo deal of some sort that you market before the event. Also offering other basic service work like oil changes, sprocket/chain installs, install holeshot devices, levers etc. Don't underestimate the number of things riders do not know how to do.
In addition to the previous recommendations: socks, bike stand, tie downs, gas can, sun screen, bug spray, umbrella, straw hat, funnel, starting blocks, t-shirt with your logo.
Have an assortment of different size Wodruff keys handy. I had one snap on a KX85 at the races once & probably would've paid $50 for it so the kid could make his 2nd moto. Plus all the other stuff the guys posted above me (tear offs especially)
Tire mounting, goggles, gloves, sc1, starting blocks,
Those cheap red shop rags, duct tape, zip ties and... bandaids.
Everyone has pretty much touched on the basics... Power washer rental? Or simply offer a flat rate bike wash? Generator rental?
Hand guards, Ponchos, 5-minute epoxy, knee guards.
