Had to play plumber on water lines that are older than me. Had to turn the well off and drain the storage tank. In somebody’s inane wisdom, no shutoff valve was required!

It's swimming / everyones on vacation mode here in So. Cal. Go time for us until riding season. We have a saying around here, "Fuckin Friday"   "why do people call with this shit on Friday, always on fuckin friday"  that got shortened to just fuckin friday lol  With that said, have a happy Fuckin Friday !

I,m in kingfield,Me. Now it’s in bum phuc egypt 2 ln rds 70+ mi off i95. Going to green castle Pa. Yeah. Brutal traffic as usual. Another horrible week of hell. I would rather run a 130 lb Jack hammer for 20+ hrs it would b much less physical.  Found out lastnight had to wait inside of warehouse, turn my 1 key in & wait for hrs for personal to unld the trl. Ma. To me. 183 mi but it took 19 hrs. Waste of time out here.  I had a 1 or 2 day old text that my dad is in a nursing home. I thought he was doing well in the beginning of may. When I saw him last. He has dementia & was living on his own . A nurse went out there 6 days a week.  My oldest sister is power of attorney because I,m never home. Decision is to sell the farm & land.  Both of my 2 older sisters did not handle the situation very well for the past 3 yrs or so. We had a meeting 3 yrs with nurses & the state system. I fought to keep him on the farm . They wanted to put him in a home. I helped out in 18 when his 2nd wife died. He couldn’t take care of himself then but really never could. A women always did it for him. Stuff like throwing eggs in a pan of water & leaving. I made the rule if food is being heated you don’t leave the kitchen. Etc. He only knows living in the country & was always against living in town. Loaded got to go.

Brother, for the life of me, I don't know why you insist on running the NE.  The roads are terrible, the traffic and drivers are terrible.  

The loaded mile might be a bit better but the misery factor is off the charts.  

There's much better runs out there.

Thx but I don’t hv a choice. This is where I,m dispatched.  But your right it’s freaken hell. The equipment is such junk & to top it off . The trks hv nothing for pulling power. That’s all you do is constantly pull steep grades. I always ask every co when I get to the ne. What is your ne rate ? They ask what is that. I say in 04 we got 250.00 per day for being in the ne plus ld unld plus mi pay. None of them want to hear it.  So it’s a massive screw job. I,m paid 1099 I don’t own this trk. I talked to a driver today he said 250.00 a day Jersey to Boston & he doesn’t even make the round trip in a day.  Most out here r from 3.rd world country’s . The co.s get a tax credit for hiring them . And nothing to hire us . Over a million co.s out here driving rates into a dark hole.  So if you filed for your own authority you wouldn’t make anything. Much better to drive just as a 1099. At least I can claim everything .  I lived in the ne in a couple ares that’s easy & totally different than this. 

I  ended up in the ceiling of the shop I work part time in welding a fixture I made for un- sticking rye and wheat in a steep tank.

So, on my day off, I'm 25' in a forklift basket welding in a tin box. So humid sweating doesn't help. Da fuq?

Was out in Williston, ND all week. Commissioned 5 x 2500hp gas compressors (Ariel compressors) outside Watford City- had to reprogram all the ECUs and HMIs. Worked through some MODBUS issues. Had a few wiring harness issues..This was a gathering station..

Then stopped out by another customer to check in, also did some emissions spot checking .They are running 1900kW generators on flare gas and are powering Bitcoin miners..

The container with the sides open are a bunch of computers running (Bitcoin miners), the other container with the exhaust silencer contains the engine. Under the silencer is a big cooler with an electric fan..

So, just another day in the DFW…? 

 Saturday wasn’t much of a break. Worked from 5A-6P thanks to the constant rain in CO. Anyone near the Arkansas had a really shitty week.

Y’all work hard out in the heat. Relax and wait for cooler weather in November.

So exhausted lastnight I deleted my post. Breeze wood Pa. To Williamsburg pa. Pu a mtn has 30+% grades, very scenic. Run to Chicago for 2 drops. Ohio once again had 80mph wind , rain & tornado warings. Then w. Indiana severe storm but not as bad not far from r. Bud.  Chicago land just rain a little hvy. Parked at the receiver. Slept 5 hrs I check in 98% asleep. The 1/2 Asian women was really unique & pretty. I unld 1 pallet then park . And call to redo hrs , I hv to sit 2 more hrs between stops.  I try to sleep & can’t I in trouble. Every time I shut my eyes I see myself as a 3 yr old dead corpse with fractures in my skull with marsh swamp mud oozing out. Still handsome devil tho. That’s basically how I feel inside the corpse thing I think. I try to imagine myself on the beach super relaxed . And it’s not working. This running like a machine & taking a massive beating. Is Real bad when it catches up to ya. Plus I had the Bowie song moonage day dream in my head for 20 hrs. I tweeted all the lyrics of course. I finish stop 2 & hv to sit 1.53 hrs to let hrs catch up. No parking there but in front of a dock door. Delivery was backed into a bldg. other task to do. Then I try to sleep 35 min & can’t the corpse thing is creepy. Drive to a trk yard that’s nuclear .  Pre lded trl rare with a delivery of 6-26 08.00 in atl.  A safety gal called me she sounded angry that she got a few emails for my back, neck injury. The co might fire me for getting injured. I don’t care I would sue the britches off them then.I talked to a Chicago attorney already.  I sure could use that money.  A new African driver was parked in the way at the yard . He needed Elog help so I did that for him. He told me the pay dropped again. If my pay drops I,m gone. I noticed his trk has 22k & not wrecked 20 times like my trk with 279k totally wore out suspension, trans,1 rear end is metal to metal banging ,etc. extreme fatigue is very bizarre.  I do a excellent job of rising to the occasion tho. Elivate concentration to a high peak while staying relaxed . I hv numerous safety rules I follow of my own & never break them. 1 is never pass where there is a get on ramp

Looking like you have been getting some sun there ol fruit. Another week gone by here and it's been cold like a bitch here. One more month until spring starts.
