I just noticed: You're a Michigan Mafia member!

I've been a Marsack supporter for a few years, now.

Jake and family are really good folks.

I always HATED runnin' outside of a Michigan Mobster in the 1st turn.

It defines DANGEROUS!

So anyone know when they're hitting dealers floors in the US. Talked to my local bike dealer and he didn't reckon until mid December.

haha, yeah. My buddy AJ was wrenching for Marsack last year in the Nationals. In my teens holeshots were my strength, luckily I never went down, I just always held it on after I heard everyone around me shut off. Usually got the holeshot inside or out; really fortunate to never wad in the first turn.

Plus James will probably lock up the title three rounds early, and the cameras will follow him riding around the track 10 seconds ahead of second place the entire race....BOOOOOO!

Are you really that cynical? Last year the title came down to the last few laps...and this year there are some great riders lined up.
Take James A1 DNF and the title would have been wrapped up at least a round early...

And yes, I'm that cynical of Supercross...it's boring!

The FMX comparison was right on the money...if the points battle isn't a close one, I won't even watch the end of this season. The only reason I stayed interested was because the points battle was so close....if that doesn't happen again, I'll be completely bored of SX by the half way point in the season and will not even bother following it at all....I'm sure I'm not the only one....

On the other hand, i could watch the 40 outdoor motos and not get bored at all....not sure why that is.

Sorry that I can't contribute to the Cunty-Bitch & Whine-fest.

You just did... quite spectacularly.

When a thread containing a video with James Stewart, one of the fastest men to ever live, riding Supercross, draws more complaints of how boring Supercross is, that should point more to the event, rather than the people posting. Majority rules in this country.

I was quick to recognize James for his extraordinary talent, but I have an opinion about Supercross, and that is that it's boring.

Seems like James is the only one that has one of these to ride! Cause no damn dealers are getting them anytime soon!

That turn down whip (or whatever you want to call it) that he does is just a thing of beauty.

my local dealer (metro motorsports) has one in, 8,000 $ msrp. I guess if your going to drop that much coin you might as well get the white one. The shrouds are funky looking but looks like they will feel comfortable when you ride it. Still contemplating a new 08 crf450, but might as well get the most exciting bike to come out in a decade.

All this "most exciting bike to come out in a decade" stuff has me rollin'...

Isn't that the same-thing you all were saying about last-years Honda 450?

Besides, Cannondale called: They want their design BACK!

Sure why not?As long as he can get some bigger holes drilled into the tripple clamps I dont see why not.

Im kinda new to this site and i have posted a few comments on here b4,i sometimes find it crazy how much some guys on here hate on JS1,its amazing some of the things that have been said about him!! So i hope what im about to say trully dose'nt offend any one! Is any of the hate directed at JS1 done because of him being a african american? , The only guy he is always being compared to is RC.He has even beat RC more then any of the other guys on the gate and RC seems to have mad respect for JS1..But i guess like it or not he is kicking ASS.I read in article where Stewart's mother was being called the N' word at 1of the Nationals back in 08'.That wasn't cool! This is how we treat a guy for winning races?? Damn! Any way,i cant wait to get my 2010' YZ450 hope by christmas!

What's everyones guess on what JS bike weighs? Assuming it does NOT weigh 1/8th ton. I was thinking 235 ish by the time they have their way? Is that even possible? To lose 15 pounds? What would the factory have invested in getting his bike to race weight?

That's a good question. What is gonna be done to lighten them up so they will reach full potential? What will it cost?

I promise you James' bike is significantly lighter than the production bike. Very exciting to me! Making a 4 stroke feel like a 2 stroke. I think everyone wants to know how to do it.

Well, they used to lighten the two strokes also, didn't they? Less weight goes hand in hand with racing regardless of two or four strokes.

of course it does.

I'm not making a statement against 4 strokes at all. Just like all the other kids on Christmas Eve...

Waiting to see all the goodies used to make the thing a race bike!

When Stewart mounts a bike, it's weight automatically is reduced.

I hate the idea of buying an $8000 bike only to have to put a $1000 pipe on it(regardless of which brand of bike or pipe). I talked with aspiring pro last weekend who rode the new Yam 450 and he said it is everything and then some that he expected it to be. His word was "awesome!"

Awesome!!

Last year I always felt like his pure talent & speed got him the title despite a very sub-par bike. I think this is the best he's ever looked, especially in the corners. He's going to be toying with the competition!
