I just happened to have gotten an email late last week from a Soldier, SPC Shaun Lackovic, stationed in Stuttgart Germany in regards to decals/logo use on his Toyota Celica he races in Europe.
As soon as I noticed he was not only in Germany, but Stuttgart, where the SX is this weekend, I started trying to secure additional passes and stuff and then invited him and another soldier to come to the SX as our guest and as a thank you for their service.

He accepted and will look for another soldier who is a MX/SX fan (he's a car race fan)

They're going to get God passes and hang out with us as part of the team and I will take them to meet all the other American riders and get photos and autographs.

With Veterans Day being today, the timing makes it all that much better!

Thank you to all our Veterans

Real nice of you to do for them Dave. First class man giving to our country's finest.

I can only thank all the soldiers for their service and bravery.

Thanks you all for the sacrifices made; the repeated deployments, your courage, sacrifice, bravery; on and on with your country so proud.

A prayer to God that you all come home safely. We love you and may God bless you all.

Thank you to all of our Veterans as well as those currently in the military. Active duty or not we appreciate your service.

This guy (see link) comes to our church once a year and speaks. He is a Viet Nam vet who was nearly killed by a grenade. He runs a ranch in Colorado for veterans to help them get back to some semblance of a normal life. He said he never wants another vet to be treated the way the Viet Nam vets were when they came home. Check out his story. This guy is a true American hero.

It's Remembrance Day up here.

My grandfather was in WW1, my wifes' in WW2. Although both are gone now, and sorely missed, they were fortunate enough to come back from those alive and raise our families.

Lest we forget...

A thousand times YES! Thank you to all that have sreved and are currently serving.

At 33 y/o, I just finished the fire academy. I was definately the "pappy" in a class full of kids but there were 2 Army Rangers just back from Iraq and let me tell ya..........There's a big difference between a 20 something who has never served and a 20 something who just came back from combat.

All the respect in the world for those brave men and women.

Can't give enough thanks to those that have served our country. Even more to those that have gave their lives to protect us. My little brother is being deployed in January and it will be my proudest moment of him.
