Rear hub looks interesting, is that normal?

I only really used to notice Talon wheel sets over here back then, besides the odd visibly fancy factory part, so sorry if it's just common aftermarket / OE stuff.

Gotta post a picture for the craigslist stuff before they pull it down.  Actually looks like a decent KX250 other than the RC claim and the price being just a 'bit high'.  

The only way that I could tell it was an actual RC World Champion bike was the authentic graphics!!!!

Must be like an auction house? Can see other bikes lined up. I think that hub is one of those universal ones where you buy adapters for your sprocket and rotor? Talon made them for a while, but this one looks different as I don't remember those being hexagonal. Only "goody" I see is the carbon ignition cover. I hope nobody really thinks that his bike. I would assume anyone who actually knows who he is will know it isn't. Now if it were for sale down in Cairo area, somebody could have dug it out of the graveyard.

Is the seat chopped?  Hard for me to tell.

Works connection tank and bar busters are a signature thing with rc so this adds up.

If the side panels had the Berg Racing carbon fiber boot guards, then I'd maybe believe it was Carmichael's bike at one time (You can see them riveted within the picture of the prior post, year '99 bike looks to be from the graphics). Plus, the frame looks to be stock color, and not the factory Flo-Green fluorescent color. I once had the hookup at Kawi. My dad's friend was the factory parts manager during that period. 

He should have listed Original OEM Rear Tire as a selling point.

That is actually in my home town, looks like the bikes are parked in front of the local lawn mower repair shop. Lol

because RC purchased all his Kawasakis in Ohio

People still use Craigslist?   That makes it even more suspicious...

That’s funny on a personal level for me. at almost 50 I finally had to break down and set up Facebook last week so I can sell my bike. 

It's weird...I got my first two IT jobs from Craigslist. That was in 2008 then 2013. Now it's all FB marketplace or Indeed or something. I miss the old Craigslist sometimes. 

I bet if you tear that engine down it's a fake. No purple power band. 

Yeah, I think this is the old Rad Hex hub. It still exists, but is not hexagonal anymore like it used to be.
