New 2023 YZ450F

I’ll show you what I did on my tall seat just for an idea. I felt like the foam was a little too tall for me and was very rounded, creating a narrow top. I shaved and sanded it down about a half inch. This setup is approximately a half inch taller than stock and has way more gripping area on the sides than the stock seat.19428A1B-33D2-4C08-BA4A-9D8CF60F56A3

Just got the Twin Air Powerflow kit. Seals a lot better. Very noticeable when you mount just the cage without airfilter. So it’s recommended in my point of view!

No it’s a different filter. Flame retardant ones.

Model is the same, but flame retardant inside, yes. But I’ve used standard air filters for years without any problems. So I will use the TwinAir cage with the standard filters.

Do you use the Gp cover too? Twin air USA said we can’t get it, but it’s for sale in the Netherlands.. I want one for the sand here in Florida.

No I don’t use it. Maybe a universal one will work as well.

The powerflow kit filter is a lot lower at the backside of the filter for better airflow. so it's not the same filter.

Didn’t notice that, but oem style filters will fit.

Been testing offset with this Nuaxle. So far just two different tracks but 23-24 seems to work great rough sandier tracks. Less busy off throttle coming into braking bumbs but seems to kill some turning so went back to 22 on harder tighter track.

Next plan is draw and get made tighter plate for clutch spring. Seems just hard to get parts here in EU so why not make some.

this is interesting, do you have a website for Nuaxle? I did a quick search and cant find anything. Would definitely be interested in testing one. Perfect for my type of riding

The one in the pic looks like its for 18-22. 23 completely different and reason why the new Twin Air power flow isn't much different than stock.

I finally got the twin air Powerflow. The Powerflow filter looks to have more volume and it seals a lot better. Standard twin air filter for comparison in size. IMG 1005.jpeg?VersionId=fVUVDfDSpCWkea.pJaVbL
