Eh Bois,
Since the demise of mxtrax, what is the most popular UK forum these days?

No decent UK ones, this is the best we’ve got.

I thought about making a topic in here called "British Motocross" or something, then everything British can be done in there.

Maybe that would work? I have a lot to say about Britain and I have nowhere to put it, so... Haha.

There isnt one, they split it into a million sub forums, then banned all the good contributors, so it died on its arse.

Some came here , most just ended up on facebook.

If there isn't a decent UK forum at the mo. Perhaps you guys could help me here...

Anyone know the best place for a washed up 42 year old intermediate rider in Somerset to race his 2006 RM125?

Asking for a friend. haha.

He hasn't ridden for a few years and keen to make another comeback. haha

Used to enjoy the SMX club with the mish mash or riders and classes but the tracks are a bit far from here.

Factory Media did a good job at washing away some great media titles back then.

Have you looked at the UK Evo championship?

First round this weekend at North Nibley.

North Nibley is top notch. Great track, run by awesome people (the whole family, not just Lee).

For racing, aside from pure Evo stuff Hampshire have some good racing and anything at any of the Thornbury tracks will be run well.

Launcherley are open for practice again but no racing, and Marshfield is running semi-often nowadays under the Thornbury banner (good job by Lawson and Thornbury across the board to be honest, giving us bumpkins lots of options).

Its not all Evo stuff, they have a Modern two-stroke class too and they're not all fast.

No idea, first one i have done.

Will find out when the gate drops.

Classes are age spilt , so i would expect there will be varying levels.

Typical decent club level style classes in terms of speed, top 5 are fast, top 10/15 are solid, then it tails of slowly right back to a few beginner speed guys at the back.

It's ideal really as no matter your speed, you are likely to be caught in a battle. Good clean racing too. I've done 3 full seasons in the Evo 250 class and had a few goes in modern as well.

Great club, highly recommended!

A U.K. section on here would be amazing. I always have U.K. specific questions/topics but nowhere to really post them.
Be worth looking at you analytics and maybe having an Aussie or Euro section too depending on the he demographic vital has.

What about a zonal section, Europe & Oceania? North America & Canada would stay as the main forum. Just a thought.

I have no control over that.

That's something Michael could look into adding if he deems it's worth it.

I have seen on a couple of car forums where specific countries asked for a sub forum.

Initially they are full of life, then with time they  tend to become stagnate.

I can look at these numbers and see that per capita / population, the Aussie participation dominate Vital MX.

Yeah would be cool.

I was hesitant to post this topic for that reason.

Like what would a guy in San Diego care about a guy in Somerset looking for a scene. haha
