Looks like typical Swiss dirt.

They can only have 40 riders max on the track at any one time so they have to split the sessions somehow.

Pretty short lap times today. Wonder how the track will hold out. 

Somehow this rule does not apply in EMX and WMX... but maybe it is better this way on this karting track equivalent of mx tracks...

Chambers is impressive. He's like 10 spots further ahead than I expected. New bike too and the track is probably as euro as it gets. Great to see after his shitty SX season

Yeah he fell back quite a bit there at the end. I think he had a tipover or something too. In the middle of the race he was really fast, went from 13th to 10th. Fastest time better close to Adamo and Haarup

So is Seewer a German speaking Swiss? I've wondered his native language for a while but always thought it was Italian

Man,Seewer,Geerts and de Wolf are the sketchiest top riders.

It's impressed upon me each time I go to Switzerland that it's "High German".

Mind you, I don't think I've ever met a Swiss (or, most Euros as a whole) that aren't fluent in multiple languages. The only linguistic 'power' I have over them, is I speak fluid 'Strine. Not that many understand it, even here in OZ..... 

It's a pretty good track -  with, seemingly, typical Swiss dirt. I recently re-watched a few seasons of GP racing with rounds in Switzerland, and it was pretty consistent with what I see here. But, with,  perhaps, less rocks. Which the riders would be happy about. 

Lotte Van Drunen was interviewed by Lisa for the pre-show. She / Her family have been wanting to get a wildcard since she was 12, and, only just being able to get in now at 15. So young, so well spoken, as  Yamahas Hans Corvers commented on in his interview in the Pre Race show. 

I do hope Seewer can get a good start on Monday. He came through pretty well after 2 incidents. For a relatively tight track, it appears to have a lot of lines that enable clean passing.

Ha! Really fine old school track in my opinion, and nice to the riders as well -not much rocks and stones. Difficult to pass? I don't think so -there were quite a lot of passes. It's just different, not so many possibilities to "square" someone. The ruts keeps you in your place so you got to choose wisely and be brave.
I also like the breaking bumps: Tat-ta-ta-ta-ta-... you gotta tend your blisters  and earn your calluses. And did you notice? No cirkus jumps! Old school...

The races so far: WMX takes first place. It's not a support class anymore, the girls are fast! And stylish! And this years competition is fierce, no given winner.
EMX 125. I'm, not enough into this to really comment, but the track suits the class and it's always a fight to the bone -which makes for much drama, if we're allowed to see it. The production could focus a little less on the top 5 and catch the fights down the lane a little more.

MX2. Almost as expected. Pancar looks like an upcomer but otherwise I'm not really interested. Waiting for Gifting to enter the scene. Not that he's a contender but he should stir things up I hope.

MXGP. Quite good. I like it when the dutch guy gets some competetion. Prado seems to be where many expected him to be the last two years, and Febvre did finally show what he's capable of.
