If anyone still supports Trump, after everything he’s done, after all his extremely far right rhetoric, actions, and policies, yes you’re far right. And many here on this site seem to support him, with some even calling him one of the best we have ever had. McCain and Romney were considered very conservative 10 years ago and they are now considered RINOS (well, were in McCain’s case. RIP). What does that tell you? There’s a lot to criticize Biden for. Do it! That’s not what makes this site ultra far right. Many from each side of the aisle criticize him and his policies.

Just about every tweet or speech at a rally following his election loss and until he left office was using extremely far right rhetoric trying to hold onto power, which is also yet another far right trait, unwilling to peacefully accept an election loss. He tried every single thing he possibly could to hold onto power like a dictator. This all culminated on January 6th, where his supporters acted on his words and tried to prevent the certification of his election loss. All of his speeches are up on YouTube and his Twitter is archived. Easily accessible to everyone.

More opinion being used as the facts of an argument.  Please add anything that Trump said that supports your opinion.

Trumps attempts to hold onto power is nothing like what the DNC has done to keep power.

Trump had the onslaught of COVID & the initial and devastating fall out. Yet, he had significantly less FAIL than the feeble old man that’s done nothing but shit the bed since his 1st day on the job…in January of 2021.

From NOT properly protecting out allies & warfighters, not to mention US citizens and personnel in AFG…

Then there’s how Vlad just rolled into The Ukraine…or how China is NOW threatening international traffic on the open seas of the Taiwan Strait…and how China’s telling us to F.O. or how they’re going after our currency…or how they spy on us WITH A F’ING BALLOON…?

Even Iran tells Joe to suck it.

Hey, I know! Want or a talk about energy policy? Bought a gallon of gas lately?
How about INFLATION?! Bought groceries lately?

Then there’s Joe’s awesome success in passing legislation that costs TRILLIONS & does nothing other than get 87,000 more IRS agents…isn’t that AWESOME?

Then there’s other epic success stories like Karine Jean-Pierre…or, hey, what about…Janet Yellen? Man, you Biden voters must be sooooo proud of that HUGE success story! But, it gets better! How about Alejandro Mayorkas…or Jennifer Granholm? Yup…yet another Biden success story.

So, when you want to tell us we get to chose between the 2 options provided in that poll? I’ll go with policies that don’t crush our economy, resources, NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY and…

Out security.

Since you won’t do any of the work I’ll do it for you. There are 336 million Americans. It appears that Republicans can’t be dating all of these people in order to commit violence against them, and the epidemic of rising crimes against them is pretty small.

It appears Republicans may not be committing much if any of the violence against LGTBQ PEOPLE.

From MAR, 2023, with updated and the most complete FBI hate crimes reporting to date the following statistics are reported for 2021:

Victim            Total

Gay (male).        948

LGBT, group †.  521

Transgender.     245 - not even one per day

Lesbian (female) 187 - not even one per day

Gender non-conforming. 97 - not even one per day

Bisexual.                38 - not even one per day

- Victims that aren’t acceptable to care about but provided for reference

White.                   1,107

Male.                    17

Straight.               13

- What is unknown is how many of the above reports are generated from risky behavior like drugs or sex work

A 2015 Williams (UCLA) report on intimate partner violence said:

25.2% of gay men experience intimate partner violence

40.4% of lesbians experience intimate partner violence in their lifetime - 8% higher than heterosexual women

54% of transgender and nonbinary people experience intimate partner violence

On average, at least 22 transgender and gender non-conforming people are victims of fatal violence each year. The organization estimates that the violent killing rate for Black transgender women is five times that of the general population.

61% of bisexual women experience rape, physical violence, or stalking by an intimate partner

37.3% of bisexual men experience IPV

18% of LGBTQ+ youth experienced physical dating violence and 16% experienced sexual dating violence

LGBTQ+ youth of color are at greater risk of physical and sexual dating violence

- What is unknown is if updated figures from these types of reports are included in the above FBI statistics.

That’s a significant figure. And, who’s doing it?  It isn’t white religious Republicans.

You seem pretty even keel. Look into interracial crime statistics. Specifically who’s killing whites and who’s killing blacks. Hispanics are a mixed bag. Enjoy your enlightenment.

Hate to say it. Trump will never reach the Ballot. Trump will be convicted by a corrupt New York Judicial system. This will expose the corruption in America Judicial system. Now it will be open season on all Politicians. This can of worms has opened. America 🇺🇸🇺🇸will collapse. All to keep Trump off the Ballot. Wow.

“This is what Trump will face. New York is the most corrupt court in the United States if not the entire world. The Constitution means NOTHING to these people. This is April, and the Judge ignored the Speedy Trial Constitutional Right and made his next appearance on December 4th, which is clearly to interfere with his running for president. Oh but Putin interfered in the election to defeat Hillary and the whole RussiaGate nonsense. Will a revolutionary government lock up corrupt judges when that comes. There is NO WAY this prosecution would have taken place WITHOUT the approval of the Democrats and Joe Biden. This is total BS that they did not interfere. What is likely to now unfold is a political civil war. Every Republican Prosecutor should start indicting Pelosi, Hillary, Hunter, and Biden and keep going. Maybe this is what our computer has been forecasting with massive civil unrest. The computer has called all the shots. It projected Trump would win in 2016 and even BRIXT would win when everyone forecast the opposite. We are looking at serious civil unrest. Quite frankly, this trial of Trump may expose how bad the courts really are and I am surprised the minorities have not stormed the courthouses in New York yet as the French did on Bastille Day in 1789. It will problem come in the not-too-distant future. When the world sees firsthand how the American “JUS US” system really works, this will contribute to the collapse of governments in 2032. Indicting Trump will expose just how the Rule of Law means NOTHING in the United States when those in power want your ass”. Martin Armstrong blog April 7, 2023.

Correct.

My sister has HR job at Harvard. It's the most liberal of institutions.

They discriminated against Asians for many years in the name of inclusion and diversity.

So they got sued and were forced to start admitting more Asian students based on test scores.

Oh the irony

Oh yeah for sure, that’s what I mean about some isolated incidents. Of course some loonies think “they’re going to go home and eat bats again!!!” And then they go nuts but I felt like it wasn’t perpetual thing. The discrimination in university is real. Either we admit on merit or we don’t and I think admitting on anything but merit is a joke. If we end up with 100% Asians and Indians in a college, we need to look at our own cultures and see what’s wrong with us, not eliminate them.

Republicans aren’t dying on their swords on these issues, these issues are being forced on Republicans in order to portray them as fascists.

No white religious Republican is persicuting LGBTQ people, but you think so.

You are willingly participating in disinformation with the comments you made.  Republicans aren’t targeting or denying anybody their rights.

if you want to hold someone accountable for denying LGBTQ people the rights they deserve, start with Biden and Clinton who used federal power to do that for decades.

Edit:

I forgot that Obama also used the power of government to deny LGBTQs rights too.

Where did I say anything about violence committed by republicans toward lgbt?

Just about every tweet or speech at a rally following his election loss and until he left office was using extremely far right rhetoric trying to hold onto power, which is also yet another far right trait, unwilling to peacefully accept an election loss. He tried every single thing he possibly could to hold onto power like a dictator. This all culminated on January 6th, where his supporters acted on his words and tried to prevent the certification of his election loss. All of his speeches are up on YouTube and his Twitter is archived. Easily accessible to everyone.

Since I have no idea what you consider Far right Rhetoric, I'll leave that for you to explain.

My thought is that Far right to the progressive means anything in opposition to the hard left progressive narratives, or are you implying Trump is promoting white supremacy, Anti Semitic views or  Authoritarianism?  I have no idea.  So again explain what you are talking about.  By using  pejorative terms of "Extremely far right rhetoric" without examples is weak.

Feel free to explain the extreme far right rhetoric and give an example. I'll bet you will have a have time finding anything truly "Hard Right"  I doubt 75 million Americans hold or would support Far right views in any way shape or fashion.

I suspect you lean pretty far to the left and view anything in opposition to those views, often very centrist viewpoints as "Far right"

It’s funny you’d call me far left. I’m pretty center overall, but if wanting some changes made to progress our country forward (like our country always has) makes me a progressive, then fine, so be it. Joe Biden is about as middle of the road as it gets. He could have easily passed as a Republican prior to the 2008 election. After Obama was elected, the Republican Party started pushing to the right, and it has only gotten worse since. As I have stated earlier in this thread, McCain and Romney were considered pretty conservative when they ran for President. They are/were considered RINOs now. Mitch McConnell is considered a RINO by the MAGA crowd. What’s that tell you?

I’m not sure how many examples you need of Trump’s far right actions. But here let me give you a few.

He would lead chants of, “Lock her up!” at his rallies. Clinton was an awful candidate and she’s clearly shady at best. Nobody with any sense would deny that. To lead a chant like that against a political rival though? Far right stuff there and beyond what should be considered acceptable. Has any presidential candidate done that before?

As the 2020 election approached and he knew he was in a bad spot, he did all he could to prevent the mail in ballots from being counted. He knew they would skew heavily toward Biden. After the election, he tried all he could to get mail in ballots removed from the official tally. Voter suppression. Another far right wing trait.

Sticking with a similar theme and knocking out two far right actions with one stone, he refused to outright condemn white supremacy and far right hate crimes on the debate stage with Biden. He beat around the bush all he could and tried to talk about the left’s violence. All he had to do was say, “Yes I condemn the hateful violence from the far right groups, as I condemn any hateful violence from any side.” Instead, he avoided it, and finally, after being directly pressured, he said, “I would tell the Proud Boys to stand back and stand by”. Not exactly condemning their hate is it? They used those words as a rallying cry. Multiple far right militia groups were seen and photographed at polls and ballot drop boxes carrying firearms and wearing Kevlar vests. To “make sure the elections were being done so fairly”. Voter suppression maybe?

As one of his last ditch attempts, he made the hour long phone call to Georgia Republicans who had certified the results in Georgia, asking them to find enough votes for him to take the state. They continuously told him that nothing he was saying was accurate and, despite their allegiance to the Republican Party, put the country first, and held true to what the legitimate results said. They refused to go along with Trump’s far right action of committing voter fraud to remain in power, like a dictator.

When everything else failed, he called a rally, at the exact place and time that Congress certified all the election results on January 6th. At this rally, he got his supporters all riled up and said things such as, “We are going to march to the Capitol and not be so nice to some of them”. Some of those supporters acted on his words and did what they could to prevent the certification of the results. Again, trying to hold onto power like a far right authoritarian dictator.

You are correct, 75 million people aren’t far right. Within that, there are multiple groups. Some are far right. Others might turn a blind eye to what they see because they agree with his policies. Some might be ignorant to what he is actually doing. Others might be loyal to Republicans no matter what and are straight ticket voters. Some could be single issue voters who align with Trump on that one thing. I’ve never claimed all his voters from 2020 are far right.

Disagreeing politically is fine. We always will. Trump goes so far beyond that, that it’s scary. We see it in every person running for office that follows him. They always claim fraud and try to take it to the courts when they lose. Funny enough, it’s never fraud when they win and all their votes are legit. Only fraud when they lose and all their opponent’s votes are fraudulent. I applaud conservatives who have seen this and have jumped ship, many to DeSantis, others refusing to vote at all until Republicans get it together, and others even jumping to the Democrats. He is a poison we have to get rid of, then we can go back to disagreeing politically.

That’s more telling than you, a true vitard.

Plus, at the moment, Americans still have the ability to say what they want. You’ve never had that right.

Er, I think you may be confusing us with, I dunno, North Korea?

I’m from Great Britain.  We used to run the world before we let you guys take over. We speak English, have clean water, electricity, toilet roll, Nectar points and everything.

Well, everything except guns, mass school shootings, and rioters overrunning our capitol.

- because Republicans are racist bigots, right?

comments like you are making aren’t helpful because the liberal truths are based on those thoughts.

Those days are gone, you don’t run anything anymore.

You are good at massacring natives with spears or nothing at all.

You are also good at arresting reporters because the UK has no freedom of speech protections.

What about Rita Pal who was arrested after someone complained of a story she wrote?

What about the guy that was arrested for posting about immigrant assaults on UK women after the government told him to stop spotlighting this topic?

What about Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, arrested for thinking on a street?

Question:

Did the keystone pipeline workers ever find jobs building solar panels  ??

Didn't want to start a new thread, so I  figured I'd ask a few of you staunch anti Trumper's,  pro biden guys.

Would have said, pro biden clowns,  but I thought that might be a bit much.

Correct.

My sister has HR job at Harvard. It's the most liberal of institutions.

They discriminated against Asians for many years in the name of inclusion and diversity.

So they got sued and were forced to start admitting more Asian students based on test scores.

Oh the irony

Hey, you…you damn kid!

Don’t go spouting off about reality-n-shit! Laughing

Besides Lincoln and possibly Regan.....he was the best ever in my opinion. Had the strongest economy in almost 50 years. But then again , I never cared that he hurt some people's feelings, with mean tweets. He could call me names all day long and I wouldn't care.  I only care that I can make a better living than what I have right now.

You are using the logic that liberals use to form their attacks.  You justify their false beliefs that republicans are bigot racists.

You are reading way to far into what I said and then drawing your own made-up conclusion.

I didn’t say, or imply, republicans are racists, I didn’t say, or imply, republicans are bigots…I didn’t say, or imply, republicans are committing violence against LGBT…I just wish-in the name of compromise and moderation-republicans would soften up on social issues (sure, LGBT, but also abortion, marijuana, healthcare, etc etc)…that’s it.  You are making up the violence dialog in my post…
