"There were over 40 cases he and his team tried to bring to the courts to prove these irregularities you and others claim. Every single judge, many of them appointed by Trump himself, looked at this evidence they had and said dude you have nothing and tossed out the case."

Name a few cases that were heard. If there were 40 cases, you should be able to come with a least 3. But you can't because none were decided by any evidence looked at. The judges did not want any part of it and threw them out because of standing and laches, not any evidence. But you keep on.

So lets see what you come up with.

Lost Not Stolen is a report written by eight Republican attorneys, judges and politicians, which re-examined the lawsuits filed by Trump and his team calling for election results to be overturned in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Wisconsin. If you can find the time to read it, if only the summaries for each state, I think you might find it useful.

Since their lawsuits were thrown out, many of them unanimously by Conservative judges who Trump himself had appointed...

Sidney Powell has been sanctioned in Michigan (along with Lyn Wood & numerous others) and faces further sanctions in Wisconsin. In an ongoing Dominion defamation case she has argued that “no reasonable person” would believe what she had alleged in court were “statements of fact”.

Rudy - “We’ve got lots of theories, we just don’t have the evidence.” - Guiliani, a member of Trumps 'Elite Strikeforce', has had his law license suspended in New York after an appeals court found that he'd made "demonstrably false and misleading" statements about voter fraud. He's also had his license suspended in Washington, DC.

Jenna Ellis, another member of the 'Elite Strikeforce', has been censured in Colorado after admitting to misrepresenting evidence while pushing election fraud lies.

John Eastman faces having his law license stripped entirely for making false and misleading statements regarding election fraud and his central role in the Fake Electors scheme, which is also currently being investigated by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

So not exactly a ringing endorsement of Trumps election fraud legal team...

So far, seventeen different lawyers have been sanctioned over failed lawsuits brought on the former president's behalf, and many others have been forced to hire lawyers of their own, thanks to the web of trickery Trump likes to weave. You can bet that number will keep rising.

If Trump did some nefarious shit and they can prove it,   lock 'em up.   But if you applaud that and arent at least equally as incensed that Hillary is still a free person after all the major league law breaking she did (and Comey even confirmed she did)  you are a POS partisan hack.

James Comeys Statement explaining why charges were not brought.

'In our system, the prosecutors make the decisions about whether charges are appropriate based on evidence the FBI has helped collect. Although we don’t normally make public our recommendations to the prosecutors, we frequently make recommendations and engage in productive conversations with prosecutors about what resolution may be appropriate, given the evidence. In this case, given the importance of the matter, I think unusual transparency is in order.

Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here'

(Edit: Remember, Comey was the one who publicly announced the reopening of the FBI investigation into Clintons emails eleven days before the 2016 election. That potentially had far greater influence over that election than the Russia Collusion speculation which didn't really become public until the Steele Dossier was leaked in January 2017)

Uhm, no. When Trump got into office, he implemented things like getting rid of useless regulations. I believe there was a policy that for every new regulation there had to be 2 gotten rid of. (could be wrong on that one). Trump made the USA more business friendly. Businesses started to act like someone shot them in the arm with steroids. Illegal immigration was slowed down which helped people here get paid more for their labor. Trump encouraged domestic energy which lowered the cost to do business. Energy is one of the biggest expenses of business. Businesses were able to put that money back into the business and do better. The new tax structure also helped. The list is not short of things that Trump did to get businesses to prosper. Yes their shareholders prospered but so did the employees and the country. Biden did his best to undo as much as he could and strangle the country. Just look at his energy policy. Why would any oil company invest in new refineries when they are told we only need oil for 10 more years? Our spending is so out of control and there is no plan to rein it in. And by the way we are having record tax revenue and still out of money. So no, this was not the effect of Trump's policies that took a few years to kick in.

I really don’t think they’d do this without having a lot and a 99.9% level of confidence of a conviction or a plead out by Trump. Because they know exactly what you said is true, that it would just look awful and put a spark into his campaign. He also is currently being investigated by a Georgia grand jury for his attempts at voter fraud in that state. Where there’s smoke there’s fire.

You mean like all the other times.

You are lies to daily and yet you still suck it all up.

Bravo.

What's the over/under on how long it will be after the arraignment, where the judge has said NO CAMERAS, will we see leaked photos?

Bragg's office has been leaking since the Grand Jury was seated.

You think because you write it was written by a republican that gives it credibility? Ever hear of a rino? Or the swamp?  Have you ever even been in a federal courthouse? What about involved in a federal law suit? They could not have looked at the evidence as it had not been produced yet. No law suit had ever made it to the discovery stage which is where the evidence starts to show up. You just keep believing the earth is flat though.

A lot of you need to listen to this video if you still believe there’s a witch hunt going on for Trump. This is extremely alarming. Just have it playing on your drive to work or when you’re unloading the dishwasher. Whatever. It’s worth your time.

I see Marjorie Taylor Greene is protesting outside the court. She's turned out to be a right Karen, always bitching about something.

The fact it was researched and written by retired Republican Senators, Federal Judges, Law Professors and politicians, some of whom voted for Donald Trump is what gives it credibility.

“I’m certainly not a ‘Never-Trumper.’ I voted for Donald Trump twice for President… if the evidence had said there was something wrong with this election and it was stolen, we would have said that,” Hoppe said. “We looked through the evidence and it didn’t add up. It was woefully deficient, as a matter of fact.”

Many fail to recognize that a majority of so-called “Trumpers” don’t necessarily support the man, per se, but the socio-economic environment that he represents. When a person’s values and way of life are under attack (real or perceived), those individuals grasp the thing that best reflects their interests. And an attack on Trump is directly correlated with an attack on those values.

Trump’s lack of flexibility and near inability to change has value to millions of Americans. While other politicians waffle or wilt, Trump flies head-first into the conflict. Even those who despise Trump wish they had someone in their camp so resolutely focus on driving the message.

After years of living anonymous, “flyover state” lives, people found a bit of a savior in Trump. He’s far from perfect, and not someone most would socialize with, but that’s irrelevant. He’s the best of the worst, which for many, is good enough.

The felonies he was charged with are various counts of falsifying business records. Click here to read an explanation of what that means. Pay particular attention to the sixth paragraph...I don't think this is going to be the slam dunk that some think it will be.

I wonder if this indictment will keep folks distracted long enough for congress to pass the RESTRICT act?

I suppose I'm confused.

1. Trump cheated on his wife.
2. He paid the woman he cheated on his wife with to keep her mouth shut.
3. He lied to the American public saying he didn't do exactly what he did.
4. He got caught.
5. He's now being held accountable for it.

Explain it to me like I'm an idiot: why are we angry that a guy who cheats on his wife, pays people off, and lies to the American public is getting in trouble?

Bonus points if you can explain it without mentioning any other politicians (call me old school but I believe every man should be able to stand on their own two feet).

And which one of those is a prosecutable offense. Nobody said he has high morals, but none of that you mentioned is illegal.

I remember Trump's announcement speech for 2016. Right then and there, I said to myself, a fuckbunch of rustbelt democrats are going to lap this shit up. And they did. It was bullshit but they were not at all used to hearing that flavor of bullshit. Democrats were telling them that they will get job training. Trump told them that he was going to get their jobs back from China and then deport all the illegals so we could roll the clock back to the 60's. The upper mid West bought it and he won.

I've been seeing trump on TV as long as I can remember, how many properties has he developed in fly-over states in that time? Anybody who thinks he cares about anyone but himself, I just gotta shake my head.

NYC, the joke of all that is “Big City America”…

And their DA that’s over-seen a “Post-COVID” crime spree…& has not prosecuted murderers, fentanyl escalating dealers and even has the gall to be “Mr. No Bail”…for the Asian Hating Attack Artists…

Is going All In on Trump for misdemeanors and his star witness is a Convicted Felony Perjurer?

Fuck all that, I’m buying popcorn and tequila. This is gonna be HILARIOUS!!!

We have a bookkeeping error that implicates a cover of a crime we cannot tell anyone about.

What the hell?

What is there to figure out?

Mail in votes are always counted last. This explains why Biden overtook Trump late in a few key states.

Trump told Republicans to not vote by mail. To do so in person. This explains why those mail in votes were heavily for Biden.

There was a pandemic, the worst we have had in 100 years. This explains why there was such a high amount of mail in votes.

Democrats were much more cautious about being out in public than Republicans, and thus, were much more likely to vote by mail.

Trump is the single most polarizing figure we have had for POTUS, maybe ever, certainly in my lifetime, and that always drives up voter turnout. This explains why they both received so many overall votes.

Trump didn’t follow through with a ton of his campaign promises that got him enough independent votes in 2016.

Speaking of 2016, he wasn’t up against one of the worst POTUS candidates ever this time.

Trump literally almost died from the same virus he told people not to worry about for months. To this day, the only time he ever gets booed at his rallies is when he tells them they should get vaccinated to protect themselves from COVID.

There were over 40 cases he and his team tried to bring to the courts to prove these irregularities you and others claim. Every single judge, many of them appointed by Trump himself, looked at this evidence they had and said dude you have nothing and tossed out the case.

You win some you lose some my man. We have all voted for people we wanted to win and they lost. That’s how a democratic system works. Just because you lose doesn’t mean it was stolen/rigged/fraudulent. Accept the result, hope that the election winner does a great job, and if you feel they have sucked, let them know about it at the polls the next chance you get.

The pandemic has proven to not be the deadly event to humans that politicians claimed it was. It simply formed the foundation for liberals to power grab, and they did.

Yes, Trump brought legal challenges, not a single judge CHOSE to weigh in, and interfere with the election given the limited time between election and inauguration. Once inaugurated, Biden was president.

Mail in ballots are not always counted last. Some are processed before Election Day and some are processed on Election Day.

Most states then tally the processed absentee votes to get a result. on Election Day but release the figures after polls close. This means they can begin tallying first thing that day. Some states actually count before Election Day.

States that affected the 2020 outcome: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

States that process before Election Day: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada.

States that process on Election Day before polls close: Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.

States that allow COUNTING TO BEGIN ON ELECTION DAY BEFORE POLLS CLOSE: Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.

States that allow PROCESSING AND COUNTING BEFORE ELECTION DAY: Arizona, Nevada.

You have no argument except irregularities.

Something I heard a lawyer talking about on a podcast is that the statute of limitations on felonies of this type is 5 years. All of the counts in the indictment happened in 2017, so they shouldn't even be prosecutable.

Oh, and why has no one demanded Alvin Bragg change his last name to Liberty? If it's good for one, it's good for all...
