Got $4M? Deegan's NC Compound For Sale

The location of the house is in a good spot. I lived down the road from them on Shinville and your close enough to Mooresville and civilization to get there in a reasonable time but far enough away to not deal with traffic and congestion. Has a nice gated entrance and is surrounded by trees. Can barely see the house from the road when driving by. Nice place.

 This is very true but if you wait 5 minutes the weather in NC will change lol. My wife is also from the West and it baffles the hell out of her how one day you're walking around in 70 degree short sleeves and the very next you're in a down-parka in the 30's.

Seems so odd to just up and leave after all the hassle they went thru. There must be more to the story than SX training with the team.  They purchased after he signed with star.   Is the house haunted?  Did momma Deegs’ see something that scared her, The area has seen so many sightings of Dogman recently?  Such a nice place tho, I’d give my left nut to live in a tiny shack on that property

They moved there for Hallie and her Truck series career. They used Reed's MX compound (Moto40) a lot for Haiden's training and other tracks in the area. It is a good area but doesn't offer the same year around MX training as Florida. Chad pulled up shop and moved to Florida last year and the Deegan's followed for Haiden's move to Star. The rumor is for all you NC moto guys that Moto40 was sold and it is supposed to reopen as a track with another name but again, so far it is only a rumor.

Overpriced and the track is worth nothing. Maybe build cost to a moto guy, but not many moto guys buying that. Even for a realistic price.

Also anyone who has bought property knows nobody is getting a conventional loan for that.
