So are we cool with Hunter Lawrence putting Thrasher on the ground on lap 1

I think Nate needs to pay more attention. he could have avoided going down if backed off the throttle and stood the bike up until 96 went by.

I doubt Thrasher lives up to his name and pays him back next weekend

Allot of things were said in the STAR pits. Racing incidents happen and happen back mate.

That was more on Nate then Hunter. Nate tried to cut down in the turn at the beginning of the race when there was no room.

Yes, how can we not be ok with a rider taking himself out of the race?

Thrasher isn’t great at being aware of his surroundings. He tried to cut down on Lawrence and took himself out. They even mentioned it in the booth.

Were YOU ok with Thrasher hitting Lawrence 3 different occasions last week?

On the broadcast Ricky and Stew couldn't agree on who's fault, or if it was just a racing incident.

Go Hunter......🙂

I like Stews take - it was a takeout. The "turned down early"  wasn't the entire story. Hunter rode him up high and was inside of him. Brilliant tactically but let's not pretend he was giving Thrasher any options. A bit aggressive for early in the race. Last few laps that would have made more sense.

Turning down early in that corner on the first lap is asking for it. If he didn’t go down from contact with hunter there’s a good chance thrasher would have made contact with another rider.

100% on Thrasher. Had he maintained an outside line he’d have been passed, but still upright to stay in the fight. There was zero room for his early cut to work.

If they don't both crash, it's clean right?

When I was watching it live it seemed like Hunter had zero intent on taking him out. Just looked like he was trying to make a quick early race pass.

Funny how that outraged fans conveniently forget the moves Thrasher has pulled recently……

You are 100% correct Sir, Hunter took the piece of real estate in front of Nate while Nate anticipated the move but turned down into Hunter.

That was a clean pass by Hunter and if Nat backed out of it he would have come out the corner in second position.

Yes, I'm ok with Hunter's move on Nate.

A OK with the contact.   ...but expect to get paid back.

... just quit with the BS attacks when it's Barcia.    Double-standards suck.

You are a wise man Sir.

I still can't see why people are calling Hunter out.

I was thinking it was unnecessarily aggressive that early.. But then again it worked pretty bloody well for the points!

It'd be interesting to go back and check the threads when Webb did it to Roczen last year (? Year before?) and see if there's any common posters with contradicting opinions due to who was involved

I was prepared to stand by the 'turn down' defence haha.. I'll have to watch again but it seemed that the turn down was the only line outside as it was so deep up higher.. I'll gladly be wrong on that though

Hunter acts like a school girl when it doesn't go his way. Blames everyone else for his own mistakes. When he gets taken out at the next race gets a DNF and loses the championship  by 3 points it will be his own fault.

His fault for passing a rider clean and then that rider turned down into his rear swingarm?  Sounds logical.

Evidence of that?

Unless you mean when he was cross jumped by Styles? I can say he was cross jumped by Styles cause there was video of Styles cross jumping him.. So other than that?

You guys are delusional.
Hunter when in for the kill plain as day. Took out his front wheel.
Mission accomplished cruised to easy win gained a shitload of points.  Stewart saw it.  RC afraid to criticize golden brothers.
Chicken shit move by Hunter but that’s his SOP.

You can see in the replay that once thrasher came around the outside hunter sped up and charged the apex. intentional. Then acted like it was an accident on the podium. Didnt like him anyways but it wasnrt an accident.
