I didn’t mean to cloud the issue with insignificant facts and trivia.

Yes, I think that greatly offended him. Perhaps employ another less lethal tactic next time.

Please.

My only problem is that I’ve known the truth for almost three years. Faced ridicule, being labeled a conspiracy theorist, shadow banning, banishment, and ostracism from society for not following the mainstream narrative. I’d say some of us are owed an apology.

How many accounts of mine were deleted from this site for not folding and believing what I was being told to believe?

Sorry, they can piss on my back, but I refuse to believe them when they tell me it’s raining!

Oh, you know, the quacks at the Department of Energy. Have you been living under a rock today? Take a break from CNN and you might actually here some news.

Sorry to break your tinfoil hat wearing, scared of your own shadow, sissy socialist narrative, Nancy.

The fact you resort to childish name calling sums up your credibility. Tell you what. You do you, I’ll do me. Have a nice day

Trust me, I understand, you’ve been blindly following the narrative, and now your little feelings are hurt that the truth is being revealed.

Your kind is very predictable, if nothing else.

If you mean I can’t win cause I couldn’t be bothered responding to insults anymore, then sure you win. You are way too smart for me. Keep barking mongrel mutt, I’ll keep laughing. I’m out

Your only retort is, “I’m out”. Please tell me with your scientific intelligence, how the Department of Energy is wrong?  The facade is crumbling. So you believe science, just not this science?

I’ll patiently await your next less than witty retort. You’ll respond, you can’t help yourself.

I'm wrecked from using the Honda walk-behind all freaking day. We got two full days of snow and they are calling for rain/snow mix every hour from 11 pm tonight to 11 pm until tomorrow. It's already up to my waist in some places in our yard at 5000 feet. This is fucking crazytown. I'd say we got 4-5 feet in three days up here in the Sierras.

wait. you are our mascot liberal, but you're posting a graph showing that this is all much ado about nothing. I'm confused. There's NO WAY you don't toe the liberal line regarding climate "change"....so I'm missing something here. Unless....woah....you actually believe that little uptick at the end of your chart means impending doom and that AL GORE WAS RIGHT????????? Enlighten me.

Just pointing out that yes the earth goes through radical changes... over MILLIONS of years... before there were humans or their predecessors. But the human-caused change to the earth in 50 years is staggering. Deforestation, over-fishing, pollution, etc. The earth will go on, no doubt, but what will happen to the human condition? What will happen to the life forms which evolved over tens of millions of years? I'm as guilty as anyone. I consume too much, use air travel too much, eat too much meat, etc. The answer requires self awareness and change. Someone mentioned how one cargo ship contributes as much pollution as millions of cars in a year. Maybe I should buy less shit from China and more shit from my own country or state. Our earth could become a much less hospitable place in the next 50 years with much of the beauty and life permanently altered. Anyone who traveled the world then vs. now can tell you how many places have gone to shit. If you've heard of David Attenborough, he has a powerful movie called A Life On Our Planet, which addresses some of the biggest challenges facing life and gives a snapshot of global nature loss in one lifetime... his. He's 96-years-old and has been filming nature documentaries around the world since his early 20's.

Hot take: humans are part of the natural world. (I actually think it's really interesting that most people think of humans as separate from nature).

If humans are the reason for climate change and are destroying the planet, nothing has done a better job defending that planet than humans themselves. From the Assyrian empires rampages and the destruction of Melos to the Rohingya in Myanmar today humans have been exterminating humans since we have existed. I always find it "climate changers" never really pose a real solution to the proposed catastrophe, they just want to desperately prove the point of the movie Bambi, in that humans are bad inherently. Or perhaps the point of the movie Dances with wolves - white men are bad. That weather is a relatively new variable science, and that weather phenomenon of the past is largely ignored, such as the summer of 1816, the dust bowl, etc., is not important. It is almost a forgone conclusion humans will exterminate all humans before we ultimately destroy the planet's environment, yet private jet ecologists are still bummed at me for using aerosols. I find it hard to take serious a government, academic, and scientific community who has polluted our world with radioactive materials that will outlive our civilization on matters concerning the environment.

sigh. Then explain those straight vertical lines that are 20x larger than the current "spike" at approx 450m years and 60ish million years. cause if you saw that happening today, you'd stroke out, ban all gas cars and we'd all be back in the stone age.

According to the NOAA “Climate Extremes Index” summer afternoon temperatures in the US have increased to record highs.

Graph | U.S. Climate Extremes Index (CEI) | National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI)

This isn’t supported by any legitimate data from the National Climate Assessment or the NOAA state climate summaries, and is due entirely to data tampering.

This has been argued effectively; but, the Climate Change Grant Grabbers ignore it.

there has been a Co2 famine.  Life begins struggling below 180ppm, and all life dies off at 150ppm and below.

Have the climate activists spoke out about this?  This is something that is doing real damage and should be stopped.

The DOE says that they have "low confidence" that it spread through a lab leak, correct?

Quoting Glen Greenwald:

Yes, the key issue here is not that the US Govt now knows for sure what COVID's origins are. They don't.

What is now 100% clear is they *don't* know and never did.

And yet, for the first full year of the pandemic, Big Tech *barred* anyone from questioning the "zoonotic theory"

........................

you have to understand that people were not even allowed to discuss the lab leak theory.  The tide is turning.

Does a lab leak origin reinforce the reasoning for the extra-ordinary containment measures we saw in 2020 and 2021?

If China announced tomorrow that they released a lab created virus in the US that will kill 1% of people infected, what would an appropriate public health response look like?
