No that is Jr. when he was still on Cobras...or at least 65s. Jr. turned 30 this year and is graduating with his Master's in a couple of months. My time flies. 4-6 and 7-8 will make you pull your hair out. Maybe that is why I am bald now.
Doubt I even had one. Nowadays I see them with a phone and tablet while they are still in a stroller.
Dawson Draycott and Jacob Turbyfill were the fastest of that bunch. In fact, I think they both still make LLs.

The good ol days 😔. My buddy's parents who lived in Pleasanton, Ca retired in the mid 2000s and bought a house up in Redding. They rented the Pleasanton house to him, and 2 more of our friends. This was during the big mini bike phase. The house was at the end of a court bordering an elementary school and had a huge lot. So naturally we built a badass track in the back yard with multiple turns, different lanes and a good sized double with an old blue Honda trail bike in the middle. We even had a hand full of outdoor pot plants along a fence line in one of the more wide open turns after someone rode halfway through a fence. We had the "Mathis Safety nets" well before Feld ran them. Pot plants, nets, they both served the same purpose. We would bbq, our buddy would dj, and we eventually set up flood lights for late night races after leaving the bar. Good times. Sad that the younger generations most likely will never experience that, well at least in California. Oh the stories I could tell about that house.
This ^^^^^^, lol, I never even considered the liability. God forbid one of those kids whiskey throttle through my bedroom's sliding glass door. With age comes wisdom (sometimes), but we still had a kick ass time.
