Apologies if this was already discussed somewhere.
MXA posted some pictures of the bikes at Houston and it appears Dean Wilson’s bike had a 250 engine? Just thought it was out of place and someone would know more about it.

Maybe Anstie had Deans 450 engine? LOL
Dean told us in the post-race podcasts that all he did to mellow the power out was change gearing.
It was a display bike (aka, Wilson Todd's bike with Deano's graphics on it)
His race bike had standard graphics on it, the holographic one sitting next to it for display purposes is the one your see in those photos.

Now, that's funny.
Here's that interview I mentioned earlier, but in written form.
Why are these even topics? Is cooksey or walty wanders working for vital now?
It was a valid question. I'd come here for info...same as the OP.
Because there was out of context photo and a legitimate question caused by it. We answered it and now all is good with the world.
Lol...don't stop there superman...the world needs lots of fixin'
.
Because some of us are moto nerds and can’t get enough moto info. No shade if you’re just a casual fan, but some of us have a borderline unhealthy obsession.
