He didn’t look like he was all there after getting up. I hope he’s good to go, but sure looked like he might have knocked his head a bit.

Yep his technique is so efficient he is using so much less energy then a lot of other riders. He’s really not going nearly as fast as he can most of the time. He just gets a comfortable 4-8 second lead and cruises.

Which is really cool to see! That was Tomac's weakness for so long, he was clearly faster, but he always wanted to win by 30 seconds for a few years and it always bit him. Jett is patient and doesn't push when he has a gap. I'm impressed by him.

Webb has the weirdest riding style …How can a person look so slow compared to say Tomac or Sexton even Barica. Webb just chugged along to a second place finish! When they shoed DF14 on screen you could tell he was just moving. Webb does have those inside corners back he had in the championship years. Great first race ! Tomac a monster,so much fun to watch when he gets going .

Dungey and Webb have similar lines in SX. Tight inside line in the corners.

Tomac looked better than he ever has at A1, could be doom for everyone else.

Good to see the old Webb back, but he podiumed at A1 last year then went awol, so wait and see.

Sexton has to be kicking himself, still a solid start.

Ferrandis is in amongst this, add some confidence and look out.

Didn’t actually think Roczen looked very good, yet still had the second fastest lap. If he sorts it out, it’s going to be good.

Mookie as fast as ever and full of flair, but needs to learn to calm it down when needed.

We can only hope every round is as entertaining!

ET3 is a beast. Does he pass Stewart on the all time list this season?

KR94 made that yellow brick look amazing kickstarter and all.

CW2 is fun to watch when he is in that mode. He’s like a little ninja assassin or something.

Gutted for Mookie.

I think CS23 and JA21 are going to crash their brains out trying to run at the front every single lap to hang with ET3.

Peacock worked flawlessly for me.

Bring on Oakland! What a season we are I for!!!

PS: I’m thrilled ET finally broke the tie with CR22.

Eli should get Stewart and with this win tonight at A1 has brough more satisfaction to the Tomac camp. Its safe to say that Tomac is on another level....at least at this point.

Sexton simply choked. He had it but could see Tomac coming...

Really bummed for Mookie. The podium was there for him.

Didn't it look like the next guy to pass Tomac after he crashed was Webb, and Tomac kind of blocked Webb's line to stay ahead of him before that long rhythm section?  Proved to be big if that's what I saw, considering how fast Webb was at the end.

When peacock signed off, did you see AC's front wheel doing the death wobble?  Those Kawi guys man.

Last year, Webb wasn’t turning under anyone. Looks like they made some improvements

Those yammies snap out of corners so hard. So much torque. Kroc was at a visible disadvantage watching fernandez come thru

Yeah, to me it looked like he was getting tired. Maybe arm related or maybe just a more lax off season than previous years. Earlier in the races he seemed to be able to make the bike do whatever he wanted to and was cutting down nicely in corners but he almost landed on Eli on the bridge and nearly collided with Stewart multiple times and then seemed to lose pace after that.

Gonna be a good year, regardless!

Which Kawi rider had that vicious headshake at the start? If it was AC he may have re-injured his shoulder. Kidding but not really.

overlooked part of the race was 1 minute lap times!  Only 21 laps in the 450 main. 👍🏻

You obviously didn't watch MXDN.

Thank you!! Great design to get 1 minute lap times in a baseball stadium. I hope they keep it up.

Seems like Aldon + Webb is indeed a dangerous combination.

He did the same thing at A1 last year. Not saying he’s not better this year, but A1 is always crazy and you can’t take this race for how the rest of the season will go.

To me it looked the same old Roczen we have been seeing for the last few years. Get a good start and run near the front for a few laps. Then as soon as the pack gets up to speed and starts pushing him he goes backwards. He seemed to lose his mojo as soon as he and Malcolm were bar to bar for a few turns.

Likely would have finished 7th with out the crashes from Mookie and Anderson.

Per Malcolm,

To me it looked like he backed his intensity down a little like he was actually taking a breather and catching his breath mid race and was just about to ramp it back up when he went down. That crash was a clear bike issue, like it hit neutral on the on/off similar to Sexton last year. Not necessarily a crash because he was charging too hard.

Excited to hear the post race interviews to get more insight on all these guys.

Considering Roczen's last 8 Supercross results have been 13-7-13-5-11-8-13-7 on a Factory Honda, I'd say 5th after one month on a new bike is pretty good.  He clearly got tired.  That's been his MO for a while now and I don't think he can help it regardless of how much work he puts in during the off season.  His body just can't give it 100% anymore.

He would no doubt be a podium guy in 450’s right now. Comparing him to rc at this point is silly. Dude never lost an outdoor title he competed a full season for

Did Malcom’s bike hit neutral or stall?  Looked like the Reed crash at Cardiff.
