Awesome! They were great bikes! Bike looks killer! I brought one back from the dead a few years ago, still have it, never rode it.

Great bike and great job restoring it!  The 450 with the ‘87 motif graphics is pretty tasty. Both look awesome!

Nice job man! Looks clean. I had an 84 and it was one of my favorites. Or was it an ‘83? It had gold rims.

Messico exhaust lists they offer a pipe n silencer for the 88 89 kx250. Probably made to order. But they are non coated look similar to a pro circuit.

I had both an 83 and 84, 83 came with gold rims. 84 had the silver rims.

Looks great! Awesome bikes, I’m putting one together also. I need a silencer hanger, rubber pipe connector band, clamps, front fork boots, and clamps to finish up. Any leads on these items?

I really like those bikes. To me they are the last design of dirt bikes before they turned into spaceships

Had  a 87 kx 250 loved it. The 88 kx 250 not so much.

Rode a 89 a couple of times and much better then the 88. Great looking bike man.
