That is the reason that it appears to outsiders that something is rotten, because some states have laws that enable fast returns, and some have laws that allow mail-in ballots to be postmarked on election day and arrive a week later to be counted.

4 of the states in question for 'fraud' in 2020 (Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan) all had Republican state governments in place that ran those elections. So how did the Democrats manage to 'steal' it from the Chosen One?
