Pre pandemic everyone was talking about how cheap they were, and I just heard on Blair's podcast a dealer saying how many he had in stock. One of the local dealers is showing it at sticker of $9k for a 23 RMZ450. I don't care to hear the suggestions of buying a 5-year-old or more bike because they are the same. I'm not in the market for one, I'm just curious what people are paying for them.
Come to think of it, we should change the name of this place to SuzukiMX.com and only talk about Suzuki.
It is also topical because if Kenny does ride a HEP Suzuki it will be the biggest pub they have had since Millsaps was leading the series.

Some guys are getting greater deals on them because of their relationship with their dealer. Others are getting deals because the dealers know they will sell if they are X amount less than other brands. There are also other dealers out there trying to sell them for full pop and more and those bikes aren’t moving, which is understandable. I walked into Chaparral a year and a half ago to see a new RMZ with graphics and a pipe on it with a sticker piece of $13.5k before taxes and fees. I laughed and said out loud that bike will never sell while walking passed the sales guy.
I’m an RMZ fan even though I don’t have one anymore, but I can easily admit that the chances of them selling drops significantly if they are being sold at or near MSRP.
Reading comprehension, it's a beautiful thing.
Some of you guys make me laugh, you remind me of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. We have Thread Nazis. You know what I do when a thread title doesn't interest me? I move the fuck on and don't even open it.
I’m an Over 60 racer.
I need to get another RMZ…or just steal Ted722s…
And race all you cool-guy Suzuki Hating Shit-Talkers!
Fixed it for you mate
I've spent 15+ years in the industry and I'm interested in any topic about the industry. I have a junk arthritic knee so an e-start is important for me but $5k would have a real good chance of turning my head.
Pit Row
$5450 was the sticker on mine, 6900 otd
Pre Covid left over model
IMO, if the OTD price is anywhere in the low $7ks that would certainly be enticing.
btw... for you guys looking to buy new... December is by far the best month to do so... especially for cash buyers... I would expect a good chunk under MSRP OTD right now on anything but the hottest models....
Get a price and then lay that plastic down and pay it off when the statement comes; BUT!
Last year…
I bought 2 KLR 650 Adventures.-
When the doc’s came to the shop? 2%!!?? Two Percent!!!
Well, I can’t think of a reason to pay those off!
Post a reply to: If you have purchased a Suzuki recently, how much OTD?
