I remember meeting her at Oak Hill, in our first meeting she treated me like a life long friend.
I had just gotten a facebook friend request from her a few days ago
I feel bad.
RIP, Kat
So sorry to hear.
Godspeed Kat
Sad to hear indeed.
Godspeed Kat.
Hopefully, she is at peace and pain free. She was a true fighter, that's for sure.
She will be missed.
Kat always treated us like family whenever we went to TX to race....
She & Becky made up Jello Shots and served them up on Stagecoach Hill at LL's. Talk about a popular spot to visit that year, even Big John came over for a few....
We will miss you Kat..!
Now we have another Moto Angel watching over us......
R.I.P. Kat...
Jim & Family.
Kat was all that. A lot of pros and other moto people owe their success to the work she put in every weekend to provide them with exposure.
Godspeed Kat. Hardest working gal in MX.
I love you Kat and may you rest in peace!! She did not go down with out a hell of a fight!!
I will miss you!!

Thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
This is what I know about Kat.... She embraced life with all that she had. She LOVED her family. She adored her extended MX family. She lived every day to its fullest (and some times beyond its fullest!).
I am blessed to have some great memories of Kat, Her laughter, her smile, her incredible parties -- great LL's parties -- Kat & Becky could whip up some pretty darn powerful jello shots! The way she cared for and loved her motocross family.
Yes, she was a treasure.
Rest well, my sweet friend.
Sharon
My prayers and thoughts are with her family!
Kat was admired for her dedication and love of Texas motocross. She could be found at every Texas motocross race that mattered. Her magazine Tex-MX, was the information-life blood of dirtbikes in Texas for years.
To me, Kat was one of those rare human beings that comes along only so often. Gifted with a humanity that touched everyone she met. Only a few have it, and Kat had it. While most are busy building edifaces to themselves, Kat was building up others.
We were lucky to have her.
