Hi guys,

Just brought a yz250 2020 was wondering what premix people are running ? Currently running 40:1 motul 800 ?

Keep running it, there really isn’t one specific ratio to run, if it works for you and your happy with the results should be fine, motul is good stuff,

Motul 800 2t is very good product I’ve ran it for 13 years so far and never an issue with it.

What you have is more than fine. I personally run Yamalube 2R in every one of our 2 strokes and use SuperM if I need oil and can’t get Yamalube at the last second. 40:1 should be perfect

Agree with everyone above. I've run SuperM since my first Yz250 in 2010 at ~ 36:1 with no issues. I figure somewhere between 32:1 and 40:1 must be acceptable as those ratio's are the most popular/recommended. Have fun making her sing! Grinning
