$6.40 here in SoCal yesterday Pinch

I know its the cool thing to blame Biden but i'm still pissed at my fellow CA residents for passing the bill that included the gas tax increase a few years back. Of course it was written with confusing language.

god I hate what our political system has become

This is per litre so multiply by 4.5 for a gallon price

I was surprised this past week, we were in Puerto Penasco Mexico (aka Rocky Point) which is about an hour south of the AZ border.

Even in Mexico gas was over a $1 per liter, so over $4 a gallon US.

Given that their average income is much lower than in the US, that must really be hurting the local citizens. And their gas is primarily (exclusively?) controlled by the State owned Pemex so they are probably really pissed at their Government.

182 a litre here in canada. Vancouver is over two bucks.

Absolute taxation robbery when you break it down.

Even a liberal would not have intentionally voted for that gas tax. Most likely it passed because there were 20,000,000 illiterate people who for some reason are allowed to vote even when they have zero reading comprehension

I pretty much always get premium at Costco. They are sometimes busy, but I think that keeps them from having stagnant fuel too. I am sure that I have gotten a couple of bad tanks of premium from a couple of mom and pop stations that seem like they sell almost no premium.

I had a friend come out from St George Utah last week and he told me it went up $2+ as soon as they got into California. It’s bad when you start getting jumps like this n Utah.

The oil lobbyists can all fuck right off. If it's such a crucial commodity, regulate it at the federal level. Otherwise, let capitalism rule the market and let us continue to be fucked with no lube.

So it’s the oil lobbyists fault because of this administration’s climate push? Oil is a business just like any other and you want federal oversight and regulations when we have watched recently how they are handling things? Are you high?

Tell us about Biden’s policy changes that have caused our domestic production to be decreased…

So your using an article to prove how dumb this administration is? Literally stating they are exporting oil at a record pace WHILE Americans are suffering at the pump. That oil has gone to China, and your bragging about this. Mind you this is while DEPLETING the special emergency reserves. The the quickest search to known man, and I can find this. They are expecting a surge because we have depleted everything thanks to this free new deal amd yet, it hasn’t happened

Without going into details, not all oil is the same. A variety of characteristics make some oils suitable for US consumption and others not. Net import/export numbers obscure these details, and while White House policies have an impact, they often pale in comparison to global considerations.

Also, if Biden’s mandates were far-reaching, their impact would be felt universally. The wide regional discrepancies ($3.08 for regular in TX this AM) indicate other forces are at work.

Couple quick things.

- Wipe the drool off your chin and stop letting your knee jerk hard enough to smack you in the head.

- Nowhere was I 'bragging' about anything. Nor does this, or any other administration, export oil. The oil is exported by large, multinational companies that have no actual allegiance to a country, only to whatever currency that they can get paid in.

Looks like Tulsi Gabbard leaving the DemoRats. Here is her explanation . They are headed by elites leading to World War. Good on Tulsi (had she won democrats presidential candidate). There wouldn’t be any questioning the 2020 election. She would have had many Republican votes.

Nice tap dancing, too bad it's in a mine field. The subject was the releasing of this country's SOR, for no other reason than to artificially lower prices (according to the left, Biden has no control over) in an effort help tamper down one of the many Biden policy failures. About the only thing we could hope for is that SoT Buttegieg is as bad at moving the SOR, as he is at the rest of his job.

Dude,

It's time for a new response. Every-damn-time you don't like "getting called out"...you post the same old shit...

Let you in on a little secret:
Most ALL of us understand that oil is sold/traed "on the market".
Most ALL of us watched you post your little tap-dance about giving Joe credit for the price "coming down"...
Most ALL of us see you "not getting it" when he taps into The Strategic Petroleum Reserves for purely political reasons...
Most ALL of us SAW him change policies that sent a DEFINITE MESSAGE to the Oil Industry...
One DAY ONE...of his thoroughly FAILED PRESIDENCY...

What was our Domestic Production 2 years ago...?
What is it today?
Why?
