My expectations were low but I couldn't stop smiling after seeing it actually work. Somewhat. Had to share.

The wet bike is interesting. I found one for a good deal at an auction. And I'm gonna go through it and get it running. Apparently it has sat since 97. It's in pretty good shape though so it should be interesting to ride. I feel it's a good addition to the fleet.

If I remember correctly, the Wetbike had a 750cc Suzuki 3 cylinder. Some people I knew had them and I used to get to ride the things all the time....like 35 years ago. Those things were a blast!

I recall just a few years ago seeing 2 on a trailer outside someone's house...they had a couple Jet Skis and a 2 or 3 boats strewn about the yard. Pretty sure none of them ran. I believe it was on the way to one of the old GNCC races in NY

They are cool but definitely cobbled together a little bit. The steering tube that the shaft passes through is just white 2 inch PVC. And the bilge breather hose are just old vinyl clothes dryer ducting. The engines are Suzuki outboard powerheads. Either a DT50 for the 50 hp models, or a DT60 for 60hp model. The DT60 is an 800cc twin.
