Why does Vitezslav Marek keep dropping back down to the 85’s? The 125 to much of a handful for him?

He was trying to poach world championship (he got two 85 european championship but he was two laps away from world championship in Vantaa...). He is looking like giant on 85... He hasn't aged out yet of 85s but czech mx championship had date collision with Junior WCH so others would have to sacrifice national points... And to be frank noone of our younger riders would even qualify on the sand in 85s.

Brand new bikes from factory with all their own parts.. and you are calling them borrowed bikes.. Others were just better at this track.

Junior MXoN is still month away in Spain. This wasnt team race and USA stuperstars didnt make it to podium, others were faster.

11th in his first year in EMX125. Riding the 125 isnt an issue. I guess its about adding the title to his name.

it would be sick to try a full year, but you would have to move to europe for a season. That seems like a lot to do.

Maybe a bit more realistic goal would be to go for 2 small trips and do 4 rounds, of add a bit longer trip and do 6 rounds.

Based on this years calendar:
* 2 week trip in June, do 2 rounds (Ernee France & Germany)
* 2 week trip in August, do 2 rounds (sweden & Finland)

And you could add
* 3 week trip in April, do 2 rounds (Trentino & Latvia)

Cochran impressed me in the second moto. First moto wasn't the best considering that he went backwards but either way it was a good showing! It would be supercool if he would do like Vohland and race a couple of EMX races next year!

One thing to keep in mind though is that none of these European riders have had any experience on this Finnish track (except the Finnish riders naturally). Last big race at Lavanko was in 2010 and that features EMX125 and 250.

I don't get why ppl always refer to Max when talking about going to race emx.
He did 1 race that's it.

American individual results were like this :

65cc race 1

Tayce Morgan ends up 13th, 1min39 behind winner Lucas Leok, fastest lap was a 2.15 and Leok had a 2.05

Maddox Temmerman got a 32th, 1 lap behhind and his fastest lap was a 2.13.

65 race 2

Tayce Morgan ends up 5th, 48 seconds behind Leok. His fastest lap was a 2.06 while Leok was running a 2.03.

Maddox Temmerman ended up 27th, 2min07 late on Leok. His fastest lap was a 2.09.

85 race 1

Landon Gibson ends up 10th, 57 seconds behind leader Gyan Doensen, turning a fast 1.58 while Gyan was a 1.54.

Seth Dennis ends up 14th, 1min10 behind leader 1.58 as fastest lap.

Carson Wood got a 23rd place finish with a 2min00 gap. His fastest lap was a 2.01.

85 race 2

Seth Dennis ends up 4th, 40 seconds behind the winner Gyan Doensen. Seth's fastest lap was a 1.56 while Doensen got a 1.53.

Carson Wood ends up 20th with 1min45 late, his fastest lap was 1.59.

Landon Gibson had a dnf.

125 race 1

Casey Cochran ends up 7th, 32 seconds behind the winner Ivano Van Erp. Casey's fastest lap was a 1.49 while Ivano was a 1.47.

In race 2 Casey got a 4th, 32 seconds behind Janis Reisulis. He runned a 1.48 while Janis was a 1.45.

Overall

In 65 Tayce Morgan got 7th and Maddox Temmerman ends up 30th.

In 85, Seth Dennis is 6th overall, Landon Gibson got a 18th place and Carson Wood is 26th.

In 125, Casey Cochran ends up 4th.

If the points scored for the FIM junior cup would have counted for the EMX125, the final standings would look like this :

405 = Cas Valk
346 = Janis Reisulis
338 = Ivano Van Erp
335 = Karlis Reisulis
317 = Alexis Fueri
252 = Julius Mikula
189 = Ferruccio Zanchi
155 = Marc-Antoine Rossi
147 = Francisco Garcia

Note that Janis Reisulis ends up 2nd instead of 3rd and Van Erp got 4th instead of 5th, Karlis Reisulis would have lost 2 places in the standings and Alexis Fueri would stand 5th instead of 4th. Francisco Garcia would take over 9th on Adrien Petit

Yeah that's all great those team trophies, but i'll take my chances and say both Reisulis kids will do a lot more in the pro classes then all usa riders combined.
