Footage shows an obvious focus on the whoops, so if you’re trying to improve in the whoops and both Stew and Reedy are retired, but one still rides a KTM, who ya gonna call?

Yes they ran very different setups, but remember Webb was a rookie and likely rode what he was given, while Reed wanted to change a lot on the bike that the factory wouldn’t allow, and reportedly the team kept the two apart because of it.
Once Star took over the program it’s clear what was going on there.

As CPR said, it was the team that didn't want Reed's involvement. Both said multiple times they had nothing against each other.

If Reed and the team figures out the bike (for Webb), next year is going to be very interesting.

Has any of Webb’s teammates ever been a big fan of his? His personality is pretty gnarly and I don’t see him making a lot of friends. I remember him and J mart having some issues at star. If I remember correctly Martin was putting by himself separately from the team because of his issues with Webb

Reed is racing the WSX on a KTM this fall. I’m sure they were listening to Malcom and every other rider as well, there probably just wasn’t a YouTuber recording them at the time.

Mark/Jeremy from REP/AEO were helping Chad dial in his WSX setting. That was all that was going down. That is not to say that the “Factory KTM” team can’t learn a thing or two from last week’s test..

Exactly. Especially since Jeremy is standing right there. And for what it is worth if you want the best WP suspension ever, it's coming from those guys.

This is not the first time that REP has worked with the KTM Red Bull team, they have been providing tech assistance for the last couple years .

initial thoughts are that they are testing to see if the can get the "AP set-up" or OEM air forks to work in the whoops since they seem to be a better set-up for the guys outdoors. But most likely just CR getting his WSX bike dialed.

Initial thoughts, KTM still needs a lot of work in the whoops. Was funny that Ben and the Red Bull guy were waiving to the camera
