I'm actually disgusted by that decision. Seems like they didn't even ask Jacobi. He said in his instagram post:
"Apparently my athletic performance wasn't good enough this year and they don't need me, I didn't make the top 3. My Team had everything organized and we were ready to go but sadly... I'm still happy for my buddy Tom Koch for his chance to represent germany this year, we're still gonna be friends, don't worry. Wishing these 3 guys all the best and hope they gonna bring 100% like I would, see you in france."
I bet the decision makers felt real good yesterday when Jacobi was in 2nd for a third of moto 1 and finished a top 10 overall.
With Tomac and Cooper there Star will both bikes anyways.
