Polar Vantage M has been great for me. I'm 3 months in with this watch and it works perfectly for what i'm using it for (recording and comparing laptimes/ heartrate monitoring).

Been interested in the whoop for years bunch of coworkers have them in mil. For moto would it work with LITPro for tracking time based off GPS etc?
Vantage M2 works really well and user friendly polar flow app syncs to strava no problem, the only complaint is the screen is not very bright at all
and why is the Motocross Icon guy a person standing?
Unless something changed recently, I don't believe you can record any kind of activity with your whoop. It will calculate a 'strain' score for the day based on it continually measuring your heart rate, however, no company has managed to truly crack wrist based heart rate. Wrist based heart rate is particularly inaccurate during activities which kind of defeats the point of the whoop in my opinion. The monthly subscription also blows, especially when you can get similar data from polar/garmin/apple etc.
Is that Leisure time mx? One of my favorite sand tracks. Ol Ernie keeps that place running nicely.
I have the polar vantage M and it works for lap times and GPS quite well with or without the chest strap. I know it's not the one your asking but figured I'd put that out there. The vantage M v2 and v3 work a bit better as well.
Yeah I have a fenix 5x and fenix 6 motorcross works on the 6 but I’d like something little more refined. Looking at polar grit x
Does anyone recall there being a coupon code for Polar for Vital or Pulpmx?
Jeff Walker had a code on his youtube channel at one point, try looking at some of his videos, it might still work.

I do a lot of GIS field collection in the summer months. It’s amazing you get gps data out of watches while riding. People may be asking too much from the technology at this point
Is the Pacer Pro the go-to watch over the Vantage M2 currently? Would I be missing anything with the Pacer Pro?
I’m entirely new to the fitness watch market and want to use one daily to track sleep/hr and activity while trying to get myself into some sort of shape. Tracking my rides hr/effort will be nice, but I’m not needing lap times or segment times.
I've had the Pacer Pro for a month and I love it. You'll definitely want a H9 or H10 to measure heart rate when riding. Wrist heart rate measurements are crap as soon as you grip anything. I use my H10 for pretty much every type of exercise, at the gym, etc. for max accuracy, but it probably isn't necessary.
As far as sleep and general activity, it does a great job. The sleep metrics in general are outstanding.
I have the Polar Pacer and use the H10 Heart monitor. It's worked great for me all year with the litpro app. I originally wanted the dual GPS receiver but litpro was out of stock on them so I just went with the watch. I like the H10 monitor because it will store the data with out a watch.
I have a Garmin Phoenix 7, I wish I could figure out all the functions and uses for the damn thing!
Polar Has a sale going on, 30% off. Came across this thread searching for a new moto / training watch. Went with the Pacer polar Wayne recommended in this thread. Its one of the watches on sale. Just a heads up.
Don’t waste your money. Everything polar I own is junk and that’s after warranty work on it too.
Have a Garmin Fenix 6x still use it
