It was 1990 at a small outdoor venue in Dallas.
The lineup was Blondie, The Ramones, and Jerry Harrison of the Talking Heads.
Blondie was first, and the place was less than half full. I guess people were waiting for the Ramones.

I was pre-hammered and leaning on the stage singing along with every song she sang.
She would lean down and sing to me, and I would just get more into it.
When she exited the stage after the last song, she turned to look at me and flipped the back of her skirt up to show me her bare ass and smiled.

I went ape shit yelling for an encore.
She did "Call Me", and sang most of it to me.
At the end as she was bowing to the crowd, she came over and put her skirt over my head and sort of squatted.

There it was, in all it's manicured glory!

You couldn't be around me for days...

I gotta tell you that is one of the most incredible stories I’ve ever heard. Has the smile ever left your face?
Not yet.

And Mav, I would have right on stage given the chance.

The Boston-Boston album for sure, wore that sucker out listening to it over and over. A couple more albums I feel fit the bill. But I agree with sandman, age relevant.

Gin Blossoms - New Miserable Experience
The Who - Tommy

Social Distortion now that’s a Great band. They had a movie called Another state of mind come out at the same time. I could see that they had it. Ramones stripped down basic fast r and r. Creative lyrics hey ho let’s go that a spin off of the bay city rollers anthem song. But way cooler. Start listening to the Ramones live and your hooked. Believe it or not we where bored in the late 70,s and early 80,s. Ramones songs hit with us big time.

My favorite debut album is mine. Only problem is that it's not very good.
