Oh you'll say he was on his way out, right? You mean like Dungey was 5 years ago?
Both are legends, but what Dungey just did on Saturday was crazy impressive. Again I'm not even a Dungey fan!
I don't see him having the speed to get a win; he was never the fastest rider. And now it's 6 years later.
Very impressive, though. Gotta admit that.
Dungey was pretty far off the pace at round 1 but would not be surprised to see him dicing for wins by rounds 5-6. Tomac
Regardless Dunge is one of the best ever and shouldn’t be underestimated.
Pit Row
Mxb2 wants to compare titles. I’m talking 450 outdoors because that’s what he’s racing and that’s why we’re talking....
Dungey has 3 450 outdoor titles. And 4 450 sx titles.
Villo has 2 outdoor mx titles and 4 450 sx titles.
That’s 7 compared to 6 in favor of the dunge.
Add the 250s to the list and villo won more titles, but 250s aren’t really the measuring stick are they? But sure hang your hat on the 250 titles...
Too early to speculate on title, if he’s within a moto of points by round 8 or 9 it will be interesting.
