Here’s some footage of him riding the star bike today…
More power to them!
As for alllll the nay-sayers and ABSOLUTELY "Nothing But Negative" posters? Wow. This kid, his family...his friends/race day crowd and ESPECIALLY his dad...very POSITIVE and FUN people that seem to actually ENJOY BEING AT THE RACES!!! On top of all that, and soooo very contrary to the uninformed 'round h'yar...
The kid HAS PRODUCED RESULTS just like he's supposed to do.
Generic explanations of a few reasons that cause some riders to make the decision to move:
1. Reading the Tea Leaves...Sometimes a rider may find that he's not getting the deal/getting the support/has a future that he's seeing as beneficial to his current desires/growth/advancement.
2. May have opportunities that are "right now" & they may decide to take those opportunities...even at the risk of losing the ride they currently have/have coming.
3. May not like the direction the program is going in/change in program.
4. May have been told they won't be receiving what they want in the following year & are allowed to leave early.
These are just a few of the scenarios that take place/I've seen take place over the years.
go ride ktm... they'll do the same to you .. just a matter of time when a company is run like they are... ridiculous engineering... with absolutely zero customer support... go with ktm if you love those two things...
And btw nut hugger... you are quickly becoming the minority.... the title of this thread proves that....
Pit Row
can you please just answer us all and tell us what happened?
I would think if your offered to test the bike u are being given the option to take a contract. Riding the bike is to make sure the rider is happy. And you earn the offer to test it by your results
As an engineer, I would call their engineering a lot of things but ridiculous is not one of them. They aren't perfect, but they are damn good and have advanced bikes far more than any other mfg in the last 20 years. They made the Japanese get off their butts and spend some money to keep up, they were getting left behind.
