I get that these guys want to race as clean as possible, but Barcia is an outlier. they KNOW what he's going to do and at some point it falls on them to anticipate and handle him. I personally can't stand JB, but I just don't get how people get caught being surprised by him. Frankly, if I was passing JB, I'd park him. If he got parked every time he got passed, he'd figure out real quick that he might wanna change his tactics.

He is a cancer to the sport ...and with cancer you don’t treat with half measures or it keeps attacking you. You attack it aggressively with full intent of ridding the cancer from the ability to attack you again.

The biggest mistake Mookie made was not trying to avoid contact in that turn....it was not punting barcia on the first pass. Barcia has done this desperate last gasp shit after guys pass him more times then I can count.

There was no checking up by Barcia. He was just on the outside and MS was railing the inside rut as fast. But the inside rut line was about 10 feet shorter...hence the pass. So what you are saying about JB checking up to prevent MS from crashing into him is just delusional nonsense.
