I think he's struggling with the bike (comfort and feel). Walking the pits a few times yesterday, he switched back and forth between HRC clamps and X-trigs twice. I know a confident and comfortable Kenny is hard to beat. I'm hoping he gets there soon.

No other rider would be able to do what he has done? Some had horrible injuries and came back to actually win titles

The thing I hate about these threads, is responses like..
“He had that horrific crash”
Or “he is faster than anyone on this board”
Yes they are both true, but SOMETHING is up.. he won round 1 and has been a different person lately, I think it’s fair to ask what’s going on.

Kenny always blitzes the whoops, and from what I remember seeing on the broadcast last night, he didn't hit them even once. It makes me think that either his bike somehow got messed up in the first turn bump with Malcolm or he had serious setup issues, and didn't feel safe blitzing them.

We'll see what happens next week.
I'm predicting at least 2 more wins this season.

Apparently he didn’t hit them at all in the second qualifying practice either. Not sure how he is supposed to dial in bike setup by not hitting them in practice. Hope he gets whatever is wrong figured out soon though.

True , Doug Henry comes.to.mind . He's fortunate he wasn't paralyzed or killed from that Budds Creek crash.

I really don't understand all the bitterness towards Kenny. He's been a joy to watch ride, so smooth on the bike! I hope he heals up and we see him outdoors. If not, he can walk away with his head held high as a multi champion and one of the most graceful riders we've seen in quite some time.
