These truckers have held an entire city hostage for a week. Not only that, the noise levels from those air horns have been at over 90db the entire time. 6 hours at 85db is enough to cause permanent hearing damage.

If it was really about mandates and restrictions they'd be in front of Queen's Park. They are trying to dissolve the Federal Government.

Justice Hugh McLean has just agreed to issue an injunction to stop the protesters from honking based on the volume and how constant its been causing permanent hearing damage to residents. This "peaceful protest" is hurting innocent people, its time to stop.

Like I said before, you park outside my house blowing a goddamned airhorn at all hours of the day for a week, I'm slashing your tires and doing it with a smile on my face, likely sneaking under the truck and cutting the wires that go to that damned horn while I'm at it

The vaccine doesn’t stop transmission, that’s clear by now, the masks don’t either unless they’re N95, so we can do away with them and I hope we do. The reason we need people to get vaccinated is to lower the toll on hospitals, I’ve got family who are frontline healthcare workers, my family doctor works in the COVID unit. I’ve heard their stories first hand. We need to take the strain off of them by whatever means we can.

I’ll happily stand with frontline healthcare workers who have continued to work to save lives before I stand with a bunch of “truckers” throwing a tantrum by taking over a city. Canada is a very different place than the US, until you understand that your comments on the matter don’t hold any sway at all.
