Proof 1 ) A friend of mine raced the World Championships with him a few years back ( this friend is now on Astana as well ) they were getting in the team cars to go to the start and it was pissing down with rain so all the riders are jumping in to the cars to go to the start. My buddy goes to jump in the front and Armstrong says:
"My chicks sitting there go get in another car"
My buddy replies " Dude I'm gonna be slogging my guts out for YOU today for 6 hours so I'm sitting here"
Armstrong replies " I don't give a fuck, my chicks sitting there now fuck off."
Proof 2 ) Back in the USPS days another good friend of mine was looking for a new contract and Armstrong tells him " Don't worry I'll get you in at USPS" . Of course he doesn't then my buddy is scrambling to get a contract and later when he askes Armstrong about it Armstrong says " Hey not my problem buddy".
Proof 3) At a training camp a few years back a friend worked for one of the USPS sponsors and they all got to go on a training ride with the team. Toward the end they started motopacing behind a team car and as the pace picked up guys started dropping off the back until it was just Armstrong and my buddy. Armstrong kept telling the driver to pick it up thinking he'd drop my buddy but couldn't eventually they eased up and Armstrong said " Who the fuck do you think you are trying to ride with me ??? " and laid in to my buddy like a bitch.

I’ll take that attention whore any day of the week over what any of you spiteful people on this message board have ever done with your lives!
I like watching him race this years TdF b/c it is bringing in a lot of interest and exposure which means there is more for me to watch and read about cycling (cycling is my 4th favorite thing behind sex, eating and dirtbikes).
BUT... I am a big fan of Livestrong and have a lot of Livestrong shirts and gear.
Once Lance is dead and gone I believe Livestrong will still be there and doing good for the cause of Cancer Research just as the V Foundation is still doing good long after Valvano's death.
My father died of Cancer in 2005 and I was there to help him with his treatment and the final week of his life so I have a personal grudge against the disease.
