49mm Forks Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki

Hey evryone, I have a question regarding the OEM 49mm Showa forks that come stock on the:

2018- Current Suzuki RMZ450
2017- Current Honda CRF450R
2019- Current Kawasaki KX450

Does anyone know if the top tubes are the same between the 3 bikes? I know the anodizing colour is different between the bikes, I am wondering about the clamping dimensions.

I have a 2022 CRF with a damaged top tube and they are on back order at the moment. I am considering ordering a set of Suzuki top tubes to replace and have the gold anodizing.

Suzuki tubes have a 55mm upper clamp and the Honda has a 54mm upper clamp diameter. Lower clamp diameter is the same though. You might be able to use kawi ones but not sure on their top clamp diameter. But those tubes do have the showa dimplush inner coatings

No, Suzuki is 560mm. I think the Honda ones are 572-3 I can’t remember off hand. Total fork length is the same but you’ll have different overlap between the three options

Call Jonny at art of war. He might have some kashima crf outer tubes. Or can atleast order them. They utilize stock clamping diameters

Bottom Clamp: 60mm
Clamping Area (Top to Bottom Clamp): 260mm
Overall Length: 564mm

1999-2000 Suzuki Showa 49’s are 560mm
Top clamp: 56mm
Bottom clamp: 59.6mm

Did you ever figure this out? I’m wondering if Honda outer tubes will fit on the Kawi showas.
