I have a few friends out here dealing with this new strain right now. Right now , my buddy Scott is feeling pretty under the weather and has been going two weeks. He is Vaxxed and got his booster shot about a month ago. His whole family has it now. I myself seem to be fighting a bug , but seems pretty mild. Started with a slight sore throat and sinus stuff , then a little bit of coughing / scratchy wind pipe. Basically just feels like a cold really.

I'm not wasting my time to get tested. What good will that do? A little groggy in the morning , but once I start moving around , I feel pretty good. It is what it is.

Yeah I guess so. Thing is , it keeps getting easier. For me it's like a very minor cold. I've been working the entire time and for the most part feel great. This is the first time for my buddy Scott and his family. They are having a rougher go at it.

I feel as though a Blue-Collar WALKOUT on February 9th would garner some attention. Considering the relevancy of this vaccine in relation to the virus. This is enough and blatant.

I don't see anything about ethnicity. There have been allocations to states to prevent one state from cornering the market on the treatment. From what I have seen there is fear of a shortage of doses of the treatments, and they don't seem to work as well against the omicron variant.

Medical treatment and economics are a tricky thing. 20 years ago my dad received a life saving surgery only because he had blue cross, and Tri Care (retired military) insurance. He was told without one of those he would have been denied the surgery.

I guess they are referring to bullet point 3 in the notes here. Note that in the guidelines on page 2 unvaccinated individuals are being given priority for the treatment. This is nothing to get your panties in a bunch over.

In Canada they have been prioritizing vulnerable communities regarding Covid treatment and vaccines for a long time now.
It's only a risk factor to be included in the calculation for eligibility for the anti-bodies. It is not the sole factor.

This whole issue came up on infowars and Carlson because some young guy, who was not sick, showing no symptoms, and who happened to be white, went to a clinic and asked for the monoclonal antibodes and they turned him away, so automatically, the conspiracy theorists said it was because he was white.

My wife has a genetic disease and the urgent care facilities recommended the monoclonal treatment, but needed to consult her doctor and needed a referral for the treatment due to"lack of availability". After consulting with her Doctor it was decided that she should not get the antibody treatment. She did recover, not 100% yet but on the upswing.

Now they’re talking about asking covid-infected workers to still come to work because they can’t handle the shortage, but unvaxxed are still sitting at home on unpaid LOA and without access to unemployment benefits. Every news story is about how overburdened the healthcare system is.
