Cool tour video I found while hunting around YouTube today.
Little background, this shop was in Temecula, Ca...just right around the corner from Temecula Motorsports (if you've ever been in the area).
It was originally the L&M/San Manuel shop and belonged to Mike Kranyak. The layout and most of the equipment in it was done from when they were in possession of the shop. L&M eventually morphed into Jeff Ward Racing, which was on Kawasaki's of course.
Prior to TwoTwo's switch to green machines, during their Honda support they were based out of American Honda's HQ in Torrance, Ca. If I remember right, when Reed and Honda parted ways and the decision to go Kawasaki was locked in, he purchased all the leftover motors, bikes, and parts from L&M/JWR and started renting the building. Making the transition to Kawasaki a bit easier.

Who would be crazy enough to ever start their own race team?
With the investments he made in the early 2000's.. Two Two motorsports wouldnt have been much of a financial burden.

I bet the reason he won races and titles is because he wasn’t a winner.
I guess no sponsors wanted to be associated with him either. 🙄
Pit Row
There is a reason he went back to being a factory rider for Yamaha and JGR (so he could just race and cash checks), and why when he was forced to go the privateer route on the Husky and KTMs he didn't do it on anywhere the scale of TwoTwo.
