On 80s a few times. He was quick, but not the quickest....once he got to 125s he was untouchable though

Nope, the state rounds I did on 80s had Marmont and a few of those other dudes but don’t think he was there.

That Father Son race that was on YouTube the other day was cool, good stories for everyone who did it!

Had the opportunity to see him a couple of weeks ago at one of Matt Walker's races here in GA. I wasn't able to be there on race day due to other obligations, but was there Saturday during the practice sessions. He was traveling in a nice motorhome with enclosed trailer, but was parked at the track there and set up like everyone else. Was pretty cool to see... out there just doing the family thing like all us other normal folks. He had some Mountain Motorsports ez-up's and a little railing right around his motorhome/pit area, but otherwise you could just walk right up to them. As far as I know, and for what time I was around, he was approachable and personable. Took some pictures with some of the kids.

During practice, he just seemed to be "riding"... not to aggressive or even that fast... relatively speaking, just putting in some laps. He looked good and smooth, but not like there was any sense of urgency. On Sunday, he raced the 20+ money class and went 1-1. There wasn't a lot of what I would consider local talent there for this particular race, but some fast guys none the less. I was impressed.

It was definitely awesome to be able to "ride" with him.

I got to line up against him a few time in the late 90s/early 2000s at the Thumpernats. I also got to race his CDR Yamaha YZ426 in 2000.
