Oh my god that was crazy. Only commenting now because my god damn internet went out during the race so had to wait for it to come back. Honestly as much as I wanted Italy to win Lupino should've been penalised more, we'll see in some time if they keep that win or if it's contested.

Kind of an odd race. To me it just didn't have a big time feel to it and I'm sorry but Italy gets an asterisk next to this win imho. The way that riders get away with cutting the track these days is ridiculous. It's outdoors, first lap and you should have to rejoin where you went off. There was no danger to be faced and Lupino/Italy got away with theft. I'm happy for Cairoli but it almost seems fixed. Oh well I get to see it up close and personal again in 2022 at Redddddddddddddddd Buddddddddddddddddd!

Puhhh... How Lupino make it throw the finish?
It was a drama how he ride after his crash.
I think tomorrow he know nothing about yesterday..

Mattia great!
And Cairoli is such a Gentleman and say that after the podiom in the Interview. Great!
They deserve that a iam so excited to see him next weekend for the last time in GPS.

And Herlings... What an asshole on the Podium and in the Interview. Man be cool, you are the fastets on the Planet, but the world doesn't revolve around you

Saw a flag that looked like a cut up Sri Lanka flag at the podium but might've been another countries coat of arms idk

You can argue if 10 places is fair or not, but in hindsight, if Coldenhoff stayed on 2 wheels in the first race and performed as everyone expected of him, Assendelft didn't have to complain to the FIM right now.

Edit: he admits it himself in the interview.
Coldenhoff scored better then Cairoli. The performance of RvdM cost the Dutcht team the title. 2 motos with a best of 18 is just very poor. And i actually like the kid.

If this was soccer or football the coach/manager would be having a hard time at the press conference why he picked roan vd Moosdijk. Dont think the (Dutch) moto journos will be full of critique though.

Exactly! The track cut from Lupino was not just unfair, but a cheat. While Nancy at that time probably never would have made it to the finish let alone to the side of the track if she didnt cut off a short area......

I think Van de Ven got DQ-ed for being assisted when picking her bike up.

To be fair to RVMD... he was handed outside gatepick for both races

PS. never said the Dutch guy was livid, just pointing out that he did indeed speak with the FIM about the decision

The man wants to win at all cost. Give him a break in the heat of the moment.

The Indonesian WMX Grand Prix turned into a farce for No Fear Yamaha rider Nancy van der Ven. Nancy won the GP on the track, but was disqualified from one heat for apparently having cut a part of the track.
I can't find them just now but I do remember that MXoNs have a lot of different rules to GPs, so maybe that's it.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they did that because they knew he can’t buy a start no matter what gate he starts from

Replays are taking them longer to upload this year, compared to previous years, but it shouldn't be long and worth the wait!

Why 7th?
He got 17th with the penalty. You think he wouldn't have been able to get to 17th after entering in last?

Nagl was pretty much last after lap 5 (not sure what happened) and got back up to 19th and Lupino was 3-4 seconds a lap faster all race

Yep. That was a pretty good ride from Nagl.

Kinda looked like Herlings thought about confronting Guadagnini for a second there in the interview. Not accusing him of anything, I don't think he would've, but it looked like that.

We will never know will we? Track cutting that blatantly should be a lap or a dq both in MXGP and US Nationals. Get back on where you went off period.

"Get back on where you went off" used to be the rule, but the last 10 years or so, nobody does that anymore. As long as you re-enter the track without putting anyone in danger, it's allowed. If you haven't gained anything, you don't get penalised.

O what a gentleman he is, to push Coldenhof when they get up at that start crash. Glenn does not do that on purpose. And then later complaining he hurted his back again in the crash. Maybe he hurted his back with that. A few years ago when they were teammates he was complaining when Glenn did not let him go by easy. And gave some signals in the air to Glenn. If there is one fair atlete behind the gate in mxgp its Glenn imo.
