Tried the phone number on website that told me to email, sent several emails and no reply. Anyone know of another contact number for these guys?

Screws on the holeshot device backed out and was trying to see if there was a way I could only get screws.

The 2 screws and washers that attach the device to the fork guard.

I have a old works connection and tried those. They seem to work at first but halfway in get tight. I didn’t want to force it and chance damaging the threads.

If you figure it out lemme know cause the Allen screw and nut that connects the two halves at the back stripped out on mine. I actually torqued it to their provided spec and it pulled the threads right outta the thing

I emailed ridersupport@protaper.com and was able to get
In touch.
Seems a lot have had problems with the device.. I had to ground down the 2 washers/screw heads on mine down tk next to nothing cause they were wearing out the hook.

Went to Lowe’s and figured out the screws. Screws are longer than original so I got a locking nut to go on the backside to avoid the situation again.
